Cleans well. It also saves water. The machine is extra quiet and I love the wifi ability to let me know that the cycle is finished or what stage the washer is in.

This washer is working well for us so far. It's quiet, has a high capacity, and gets clothes quite dry on the high spin cycle. Nice to minimize time in the dryer.

During an energy assessment the report noted our old washer was an energy and water hog. This washer is extremely quiet and efficient. The water and energy savings versus our old washing machine will provide a payback on the new unit in 3 to 5 years. It is easy to use and does a nice job cleaning and spinning our clothes. The drying times are now less than our old dryer.

We are placed another unit because this was the best review on Consumer Reports. Plans close very well. Also the Wi-Fi app tells you when it is done how long it will take and you can also do remote start. The only qualm I have is in spin mode towards the end of the cycle the unit moose song. Bigger than the 4.2 whirlpool duet that we had for four years that went out because of an expensive motor control unOther than that so far so good!

This LG washer has a large capacity, and it's great that you can connect to it via Wi-Fi to monitor your load. This new washer does an AMAZING job during the spin cycle, with the clothes coming out with hardly any moisture in them! We will save a LOT of money on electricity in the dryer because of how little moisture is left after the washer is through. We didn't realize how bad our old washer was! Highly recommended!

This is a replacement for our previous LG washer which was used multiple times daily while my mother-in-law lived with us. It appears larger that the old one, but I checked the booklet and it is the same. I could see how some people might have a hard time reading the display, but our laundry room has a nice-sized window. I do have to look straight at it to see the settings. Maybe going back to a white background with black letters (like the old one) would be a suggestion.

Love my new front loader. It's quiet and rock solid while on the spin cycle. Although I bought the basic model, it has all the cycles that I use, including bedding and my new favorite, an express wash which does a great job in 15 minutes. The drum is large enough for a queen size comforter. I am pleased with everything....it even plays a tune when it's done. The only down side is that the display is not very bright if I want to manually change soil level, water temperature and spin speed.

Quiet Washer. Large capacity enough to do bedding. Number one issue with any front loader is to make sure you take the time to wipe down the front gasket and keep the door open after using the washer. If you do not or can't take the time to do this simple maintenance on your washer then don't buy a front loader. The gasket will eventually get moldy and smell if you do not take care of it. Most of the negative reviews on any front loader are people who simply don't do this or did not know they had to.

This washer is quiet, smooth and easy to understand and operate. The technology has been well designed and the things they thought to save time and to notify you when the cycle is complete. Just listen and go down once and continue the laundry process. I enjoy not have to 5 and 6 times to see if the cycle is complete. Thanks LG.

This replaced an 11 year old LG I was going to repair but decided against once parts costs was factored in. Cycles can be long, but that's normal with low water use machines. Still have not figured out why I'd need WiFi for a washer, but there it is. More to break. Pros: Quiet, efficient and capable. Does a good job with little water and wrings most of it out prior to drying. Cons: Tiny, hard to read display and switches. Even younger family members with good guys had to get up close and stare for awhile.

Frankly, I bought this machine because it was available - supply chain problems mean sometimes a six week delay in getting a washing machine! But I am very happy with it. It has a large capacity, does the job, is quiet and makes me happy. It has a lot of cycles and you can customize some of them, too. I haven't connected it with my phone, but that's also an option.

This washer has been amazing. For the price it's loaded with features including wifi for remote access via the app. Notifies me when loads are complete via push notifications to my phone. It's oversized drum alows for large loads and it's super fast spin cycle drys cloths better then any washer I've owned cutting down on dry time in the dryer. We also bought the pedistal sidekick to do small loads of laundry..

I’ve only had this LG front loader for three weeks. It washes well, but takes longer than my old front loader. It also seems to get off balance and shake at times, which my old washer never did. I wasn’t thrilled about getting all the electronic connections on it, but I do like being able to see where it is in its cycle from upstairs when the machine is in the basement.
