Runs quiet. Easy to operate. Has lots of features that I haven’t used yet. The Large capacity size is great.

i bought it based on consumer reports rating. the instruction manual is useless, no instructions to change wash temp! i had to call the 800 number for that secret. it washes great, it's relatively quiet. has a long wash cycle- an hour and a half! i would really be thrilled with it if i still had 3 filthy teenagers and a construction worker to wash for!

After moving, we unexpectedly had to buy a new washing machine. After some research and talking with repairmen, we decided to purchase an LG Washing Machine. Not wanting to spend thousands of dollars, I was looking for simple and inexpensive. There are machines that can do your taxes! This machine does everything that we expected and more... but we don't even use the wifi feature. My only complaint would be the control panel. Not sure why LG didn't backlight the settings. Seriously, the words are barely visible. I read the reviews before purchasing so I knew to expect it. Other than that, "So far.... so good.

Love the easy drain and filter clean-ability on the washer. The machine is very quiet even when high speed spinning. My one con is pet hair sticks a little more to the front rubber gasket than other brands, due to the gasket not being super slick. However, this may be a good thing, since I get very little fur in the filter.

LG Washer works fantastic! Rings towels out super dry! Clothes come out excellent. The only problem we have, is, the visual control panel is too dark for us.... We need a flashlight for visuals on the black screen. That's the only somewhat negative we have. Is it a deal breaker? No. Other then that we're very happy with it's performance.

This washer is amazing! Very quiet, you can barely hear it running. It has all the options you need. Ive had it for over a few months now and no problems on it. It runs smooth and the adjustments to the spin makes it so nice so you dont have to hear the noise. It has WIFI connect and lots to learn, but once you get over the learning process, it's a bang for the buck.

The washer gets the job done, has sufficient setting options and the quick wash is very fast and works to get most clothing clean. For the really dirty / stinky clothes though, you'll have to run this on the full cycle. It fit a twin comforter without issue but can't imagine anything bigger working well inside. Small amount of noise on the bigger loads but otherwise, works nicely.

This is the second LG washer/dryer set we've had. We had our first set for almost 10 years but we sold it when we moved. After buying a new home, we needed another set. It's compact and easy to use. I downloaded the app which can be used for some basic functions remotely but I LOVE that it notifies me when the loads are complete.

I have always had purchased "used"washing machines and dryers. I never thought it would be worth the extra money to buy nice new ones. I thought they'd all be pretty much the same. I decided to splurge and buy the LG washer and dryer. I love them. They are easy to use and are very efficient and clean and dry very well. The process of deciding which brand and model was a tedious one, but there were a few things I knew I wanted...Front loading, high performance, and large enough to do bigger loads without any encumbrances in the tubs. Best Buy had the best price and the sale went smoothly. The delivery guys were very professional, on time, and knowledgable. I appreciated that they installed everything neatly and to my satisfaction. I had called late to get a recycle pick up for my old washer and dryer, but they were on the ball and took them on the day of delivery of the new ones with no problem. I appreciated that they were organized and so was I. I read all of the instructions for delivery day and did what was asked. I appreciated that they did what I asked too! Easy experience. Nice product.

Easy to use ,quiet,efficient,washes clothes excellent

I have done three loads of wash so far. I have found the washer to be quiet and stable. The final spin left the load little more than damp, giving the dryer little to do. My first load was a bit difficult to start as the controls can be confusing since one setting can alter another. I am still not quite sure it is doing what I want. Time will tell.

Purchased LG Front Loading Washer from Best Buy. Checkout and installation were just fine. Love the Wi-Fi hookup that lets me monitor progress while I do work in another part of the house. Very quiet and efficient. had a top loader before and this one washes more thoroughly and more efficiently.

We've had our old washer for 15+ years. It went through three dirty boys, Soccer, karate, basketball and just being their unclean boyish self and still managed to survive till it didn't and the time came to replace it. So you can imagine that when i decided to replace it I had to make sure that it not just capable of cleaning but also smart about how it does it. Water consumption, load size sensing and adjustable programs were on the top of my list when it comes to features i wanted. This LG Washer met all the above and much more. Anti bacterial and Wifi were a bonus and the wife was super excited about both. Her ability to control the washer remotely to start/stop and select the desired program remotely while she is out on her morning run.... apparently was one of the best things since inventing bread! :-D We got our washer and dryer through the holidays so needless to say the money value was very good as Best buy had some really good deals running at the time with free delivery. Over all we are very happy with it and how quietly and quickly it does the job. Two thumps up!

Love this new washer energy efficient quite and the wifi app is the best. Other LG washer lasted longer than expected with the large number of people using and abusing it & can't express the gratitude and excitement enough for upgrading instead of repairing the old one
