Love this washer. Wish I had gotten it much earlier. It works great and the clothes are very clean. Like the fact the washer determines the water level and pretty much does everything. Clothes come out very clean and with the fast spin cycle the clothes do not have to be in dryer very long.

I bought this washer back in May of 2019 to replace my LG Top Load washer that I had for 8 years. I loved that top load but sadly it was discontinued and to fix it would of costed more than what I originally paid for. I have never had a Front Load washer and did a lot of research and found this LG (always had good luck with this brand between my laundry and kitchen appliances). I will say that my clothes have come out way cleaner than they did with the top load. But, your average load is about an hour to hour and half. It runs very quite but I would recommend purchasing anchors for the washer to help prevent it from moving or walking when spinning if you have Laminate or wood tile flooring. The high speed spin cycle is crazy fast and can sound like a jet engine which I love odd to say I know. I highly recommend this washer. The only issue I have, was the people who came to install the washer that was part of the geek squad team. When they installed it, they never leveled the washer and so I had to re-level the entire machine. Other than that, I love it.

You have to keep an eye on the load with this. I think the auto balancing isn't great with this front loader. There's been a few times I've had to stop the spin cycle because I thought the drum was going to come through the cabinet. Overall clothes are clean though, it looks good, and is quiet other than during the spin.

We love our washing machine! Our last one sounded like a rocket ship taking off (seriously!!!). This one just purrs! If I could change one thing, it would be to make the control panel light up or something to brighten up the writing. These old eyes don't see so well anymore!

I really love this machine. Does everything perfectly, and being wifi enabled is great, because this machine lives in my first floor laundry, and I spend my time up on the third floor of my town home, so it just tells me when it's done instead of having to go all the way down to check. Only thing I don't care for is the lack of backlighting on the panel. Not that I use it particularly much, but being able to see easily what's selected would be handy.

Great front load washer for the price in my opinion. Pretty quiet. Easy to use. Just don't use too much soap and be sure to follow the instructions to clean the little tube/drain on the bottom front of the washer as instructed.

I am very impressed with how this washer cleans clothes. I can not figure out how it it cleans so well with very little water use. It is very quiet! It cleans way better than the abusive old top loader it replaces. I just hope it last as long as my old top loader lasted.

I did my research before purchasing this product. The controls are user-friendly it fits exactly where I need it to, and it was literally able to be used right out of the box. A great product. I would probably purchase it at another retailer though as the delivery service is sub par.

My husband and I bought a stackable washer and dryer Nov. 9. We clearly stated the stackable that was showing as floor model. After multiple trips every week the wonderful delivery guys were finally able to set up properly on Dec. 3 First time they came they didn't have kit to make machines stackable. Store associate did not order. Second week, wrong kit. Told need to wait another week until part ordered. Took two weeks for that to come in. We assumed part would be in within a week not two. Biggest problem was because we started taking down shelving and cabinets in pantry and laundry area. We have larger freezer in pantry that was supposed to go next to washer/dryer in laundry area. Freezer was moved into eating area in kitchen, pantry and laundry shelving, cabinets, and items stacked around living room and parts of kitchen. We assumed we could put in more shelving and cabinets and have everything put back in order a week before Thanksgiving. We had family coming and staying over for Thanksgiving and were hosting dinner this year. We had no time to put everything back the way it was. Three people were able to sit at table which was jammed up against wall with freezer blocking any further seating, people sitting all around house with borrowed tv tables, and a few teens that didn't mind hanging out on cold deck. Thank goodness most of my family has a sense of humor. Finally got everything set up Dec. 3. Was told would be here on Dec. 1, but was pushed to the 3rd. Husband had to take day off to be here. This messed with my Christmas also since we weren't able to start putting cabinets and shelving up till two weekends before Christmas. I do a lot of baking and crafts with grandkids and work a full time job. All in all two very stressful holidays. Delivery guys were awesome and very apologetic. Not sure how I feel about Best Buy right now. We've been doing business with you for years with no problems. I'm still fresh with stress and anger right now to say. I'll need a new stove soon and my dishwasher is broken. I'll shop around a little harder this time. I'm always willing to give people another chance. Washer is great and better than expected

Performs exactly as advertised; quiet, effective, reasonably fast and offers a good set of settings. We've only had it for a month, but so far so good. We selected this machine due to positive reviews from Consumers Reports, price, and warranty. Our prior GE was disappointing.

I have owned it a month. I live in a modular home so quiet and vibration were a consideration. This machine is both, not to mention it does a great job cleaning my clothes. Simple and straightforward controls. I love the "clean machine" feature.

I was looking for something reliable after fixing my old washer about 10 times. The older washers with the cheap bearing and plastic drums are a pain. This guy does away with all that and is running smooth and quite. Cloths also come out great.

This LG front load washer runs extremely quiet which is real nice especially if you are doing a large load of clothes or heavy bedding. With the WI-FI capabilities you can get all the information to your phone and you can even know when the wash is done.

Had the washer for 3 weeks and love it. Super quiet. Cleans well and energy/water efficient. Using a mesh lingerie bag for delicates is helpful. The front display is darker, as others have noted, but light source that shines in front solves the problem.

Replaced an older model LG with this one. The clothes definitely come out cleaner and the machine is very quiet even on spin, the old one sounded like a helicopter in the house. Easy to use, basic features, exactly what I was looking for.

This washer was part of a washer/dryer set i bought for my new house. It has performed extremely well, with the exception of the built in WiFi installation. It seems reluctant to join my in-house LAN. I still need to load the clothes as well as detergent and press the power button, so the benefit offered by remote, smartphone based control, IMHO is a little silly. Life would certainly go on without it. The only negative i have about the washer is there is a strong odor of some sort of glue or cement that hasn't completely outgassed from the manufacturing process. I am hoping that this will go away with time. Aside from that, i'm happy with the washer, not so happy with the installation but that's beyond the scope of my review.

Didn’t know if I’d like the side load but it’s fine. I think I’d like to get the pedestal because it’s kind of low to the ground. It does beat the one I had before. It very quiet and spins almost all the water out.

Great machine. Operation is super quiet and there are lots of cycle options. Easily fits my king comforter. Very happy with this purchase.

This washer does exactly what it should, it washes. There are many additional features that I do not utilize simply because I didn’t want or need a washer that did all those fancy things. However, this washer has a flat face as well as it’s matching dryer, so I purchase them because they were stackable and I could reach the buttons versus the stackable washers and dryers that have angled faces. The only problem I have encountered so far is the tray that holds the detergent will fill with water sometimes. So, when I pull up in the tray water may splash all over the place if I don’t pull it out slowly. You are able to take the tray out by pushing down on a little lever this way you can empty the water into a sink. I will be contacting customer service to see if that is just an issue all of these washers have or if there is something wrong and it should not be filling with water.

This is an amazing washer with so many features. It is great for large loads and so quiet you don't even realize it's on. It will notify you when it is finished and even has a wifi capibility to assist with your timer and laundry needs.
