This washer cleans well and offers many cycle selections. It has a cheerful tune that it plays when the cycle is complete. However it is hard to see the panel because it is so dark. I frequently use a flashlight, or bend over to get eye level to see the selections. A small amount of water collects in the rubber seal but that is not an issue to me. Sometimes a small amount of water remains in the detergent bin, which again, is a minor issue.

Washer replaced an old Whirpool top loader. This is much easier to load, no worrying about trying to balance the load. It is also very quiet. Nice selection of cycles, up to three additional rinses. Would recommend this to anyone.

This is our second LG washing machines. We got 10 years out of the first one and were very happy with it. The new unit has performed well over the last month and is even quieter than our original machine. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is the display is not easy to read. For the life of me I don’t see how someone thought this was an improvement. Maybe it photographs better. You either need a very well lit room or a flashlight if you want to read the display.

3 months ago I called my mom to se how she was, she was at the laundry mat doing laundry cause her 6y/o Samsung washer broke. She did not have the $$ to fix or replace it. I ordered this for her, and got it installed. Mom is 72, she cant be going to the laundry mat to do laundry. She doesnt know how to do all the bells and whistles this thing has, she is not very tech savvy, She loves it, says it cleans better, quieter, and uses less water than her old one. it's been 2 months now issues with it, but I did get an extended 5 year warranty for it. I got it on sale + warranty and well worth that price.

Very Very happy with this machine. Check out the CR rating before I went shopping. I had bought another brand and it leaked within a week. I went back to Best Buy and talked to the sales person at Best Buy and told him I'd prefer to just switch brands and get a front loader. (the top loaders are not great for short people BTW). He, was very good about understanding the issue and finding a machine that would work better for me. He didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. He asked questions and we proceeded from there. The clothes come out fairly dry so the dryer cycle goes for a shorter time. They are clean and the cycle is gentle on them. Good machine.

Can't fault the overall performance. Good basic machine without too many unnecessary frill. The front of machine display is a little hard to read in certain lighting conditions.

This washer is awesome, very quiet, doesn't use much water or detergent but washes very well. The app lets you remotely operate the machine and texts you when its done.

This washer is not among the most expensive yet gets clothes clean, has a quite large capacity allowing fewer loads per week, and therefore uses far less water.

We've only had this about a month, but so far it has worked as expected with no problems. It is very quiet while running, and seems to be doing a very good job of cleaning the clothes.

Excellent washer. runs insanely quiet and washes well. The cycles are slightly longer than the last washer but it doesn't bother me that much.

This washer was a good purchase, silent and efficient, capable of heavy loads, family its happy with it and if they are happy I'm happy too!

Great capacity. No noisy. The only thing negative is that I you need to dry it after and live the door open a little so it won’t build mold.

I love this washer. And I'm not really exaggerating by saying that. I just replaced a 3-month old highly-rated GE top-load washer because it would never balance except for he smallest loads and I got tired of babysitting every load of laundry and manually re-balancing each load multiple times (yes it was level!). I don't have to do that any more with this washer and I am loving it. I can do very large loads and it always balances and spins out! And the 15-minute cycle (for smaller loads) is a life-saver! And it gets the clothes very clean.

The Front Loading Washing Machine is very quiet, leaves the clothes dryer than any washer I have ever owned, and does a great job of cleaning all types of wash loads.

This LG is a little larger than our Kenmore which had begun to show its age. A bit quieter and seems to wash better. I recommend it.

Excellent washer, no issues so far and LG has impressed us so far. Wi-Fi feature was a little tricky to set up at first but LG has some amazing customer support. No issues with mold/mildew but we are meticulous about cleaning it and leaving the door open. The one thing you may want to consider is the Bottom stand. I am 5'10 and I feel like I need to fall down and crawl down into this thing to get my clothes out. It will wash sooo much more than my last washer. But the caveat this needs to be up higher! Tall girl problems!!

I purchased this washer to replace another front loader that got out of balance and damaged. So far this one seems to be working great - does a good job distributing the load and gets the clothes very clean. There are lots of options to choose from and the controls are easy to use. My only complaint is the cycle time which tend to be longer than my old washer. Despite the cycle length, I am very satisfied and would recommend this for anyone looking for an affordable front loader.

Our Best Buy sales person was very helpful. I've only used my washer 3 times so I hope I will continue to like it after more time and uses has occurred.
