I bought this washer because it was stackable with the dryer I bought. It works great and is very quiet. Satisfied so far. Now that I have the dryer stacked on top of the washer, I now have room in the utility room for a freezer.

This machine is amazing! It doesn’t use a lot of water and soap to get the job done right! It has WiFi technology which let me know when a cycle is done. Love it!

I absolutely love this washer. I ordered the matching dryer as well but had to get it from another appliance store because Best Buy was sold out at the time. The washer and dryer communicate so that the dryer knows how to dry the load coming out of the washer. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Washer was quickly installed by the Geek Squad, run through one complete wash cycle to demonstrate features, and at cyle end the door seal's residual moisture was minimal. Very easy to operate and remarkably intuitive. Great value for the price.

Wish I could give it four and a half stars. I really like this machine, and it does a great job on the clothes, Only things keeping it from five stars are some minor quibbles: (1) it takes a lot longer to wash the clothes than my previous LG front load washer; and (2) sometimes the front door is difficult to closeor doesn't want to stay closed. Still, for the price . . . I would buy it again.

So far great can't complain. Washes really good leaves the clothes really clean. For those who complain that the clothes smell after a few washes.... Try leaving the door open for a few before closing it after you literally just finished washing. Of course it'll stink. I mean common sense it's wet and it will stink!

It's been only a month since this new washer was installed. So far I am happy with the choice. It's very quiet, controls are easy to operate, washes as expected, and looks nice. Overall very satisficed but it's still too early.

The LG 4.5 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Washer is great. You can wash small or large loads. The sound is quiet and it takes a small space to put it. Best Buy set it up and checked to make sure everything worked before they left.

Love the way it works. It is very easy to use. I love how it connects to wi-fi and through the app. It works great for small quick loads or heavy loads (such as blankets).

Very happy with this front load washer. Everything is so clean. I am amazed at how well the clothes get spun out. The drying time is much shorter since the clothes are a lot less wet than with my other washer.

The washer is great - the machine is very nice and has some nice features. What earned the 5 stars was the delivery service. While the truck broke down (things happen), I got a call explaining what happened, apologizing and re-scheduling. The delivery was a great and the installation, excellent. The crew was professional - they knew exactly what to do - disconnecting and removing the old machine, installing the new one, and testing the installed machine. They all wore masks and were communicative and courteous.

Smooth and quiet! Bought this for a small vacation condo. Works and cleans very well. We have a larger version in our home that is 10 years old, used heavily and has never had an issue. Made brand loyalty an easy decision!

Great washer. Runs quiet and uses very little water. Only complaint is that I was told it would fit in the area I had to work with but I ended up having to shave aover 1/4" off of my door because it was too big. Also, the owners manual does not tell you how to use any of the cycles.

Love this washer. This is our first front loader and it does a great job on our clothes. Love the notification feature when load is done. No more musty clothes from forgetting about the wash.

Works well. Washes well. Easy to use. Just be sure get all paper, pens, and coins out of clothes before putting in washer. It can destroy the drain pump motor. Same on all brands these days. There is a trap you need to clean and check monthly or when it wont drain. Lg and other newer washers skimps on water usage. Needs set to a bit more water . It should at least come up to rim of metal tub. There is ways to do this but can destroy the warranty However LG warranty past 1st year is really worthless. As almost all brands are these days. Parts are not that expensive and its labor they wont pay for after 1st year. 10 year motor parts warranty is worthless as well. Fix and Do it yourself Save the hundreds in labor cost. I did get the Geek Squad 3 years service for now. Worth it.

Best machine easy to use and best quality. Very good service.

Previous LG washer that we had for many years finally died so replaced with another LG unit. Nice new features as well as super quiet.
