Very happy with this machine. Rated highly by Consumer Reports and I agree. My only complaint is the lack of an instruction book and a not very helpful website.

My old washer had bad bearings, so spin cycles nearly shook the whole house apart. This one I can shut the laundry room door and not even hear it. The improvement to life is immeasureable.

The two geek squad delivery people were on time, friendly, professional and courteous entering my home for the installation. They left the area clean and the installation didn't take long and they had everything they needed. They tested both appliances before leaving and updated me everything was all set. Highly recommend their service it was hassle free and so easy. I love my LG washer and dryer pair! I did a lot of research before purchasing after an expensive washer repair on another washer brand because the lint trap wasn't in the front... This washer and dryer is so nice and easy to clean the door seal on the washer. So many options for cycles and as a nurse I love the steam cycle for my scrubs!

Great washing machine. This one is basically the same as our 11 year old model we replaced. Our other washer was still working fine but getting up in years..

This laundry washing machine does what it’s supposed to do: do the laundry :) But, on top of that, the machine is really quiet when it’s on, sometimes we forgot we are doing the laundry.

Does a great job and is super quiet. Convenient lower front panel to recover change you forgot to remove from your pants pockets.

LG is fast becoming one is the best all-around product makers and this washer is no exception! No need to get the higher priced units… this one is perfect!

Good machine compared to others like Bosch. Very quiet and smooth. Second purchase of Samsung washer and dryer. I’ve had mine for ten years.

Was a Whirlpool die hard, had several bad experience and started switching to LG. The washer is every bit as great as all the other LG appliances I have.

So far I really like this LG washer, it does a great job getting all clothes nice and clean on different settings.

Clean wash, very efficient! I would highly recommend this unit to all.

This is a wonderful washer. I can’t believe how well it gets my clothes clean. Also like the little tune it plays at the end of each load. Will see in time if it holds up to my two loads a day
