    This is my 2nd LG washer my first one finally went out after 9 year's. I bought the 1st one along with the matching dryer which is still going strong (knock on wood). You just can't ask for a better washer that's low maintenance and does the job. I'd definitely recommend.

    From the very start until installation, we got great help and service from everybody at Best Buy. The sales help knew the products and offered good advice. They could answer all of my questions. The installation went very smoothly despite it snowing that morning. I am very pleased with every aspect of my purchase.

    Great buy. They came through when no one else had any inventory. The delivery was smooth sailing and removal a sinch. Faster and less headache than my home warranty company Cinch whom I do not recommend. Thank you Best Buy for saving me From four month of heart Ache.

    It’s just a nice basic washing machine. It washed a “puffy” comforter without any issues & the comforter wasn’t small. Something that surprised me is a manufacturer drain because my last washing machine didn’t have one & water stayed in the machine after it stopped operating.

    It does a good job with most things. When I tried to wash three throw rugs in it today, the door bounced back and forth as the spin cycle began and leaked on the floor. Not happy about that and not sure what to do, except no longer use washer to wash rugs.
