Love this washer, it is amazing!! The technology helps determine the best cycle for amount of clothes.

Replace a 2012 LG. This one is a little big. Did not take up any more space. Sadly, Newer LG did not come in Red. We must replace bad Washer and Dryer to have a matching set. Still waiting for the Gas Dryer.

I love are washing machine we have one that lasts almost 13 years with us that's why we get another one, because they are so good.

Delivered andinstalled on time. It is nice to have clean clothes again! Multiple cycles are available. To silence the alarm, turn thr unit on, select a cycle so that time is displayed, hold down the alert silent button.

We love the new washing machine. It is much quicker at washing than our old one was. It cleans the clothes much better as well. And, the steam function is amazing... It will remove smells that a regular wash won't touch.

After exhaustive research I settled on LG. Best Buy had best price and options for us. Customer service was extremely helpful and accommodating

We've had this for a couple of months, I really Iike it. I do like all the features it offer. I have to admit I have not used them all.

The washer works nice. It does make some noise with heavier itemsn.

Excellent washer. The settings are perfect, doesn’t ruin any clothes. Delicate cycle is delicate but still gets the clothes clean

Bought this to replace a 12 year old model that needed $900+ in repairs. Works great so far, and it is so much quieter than the old one. My only complaint is you cannot disable the wi-fi function completely.

What’s better than a new washer and dryer with Wi-Fi? I am yet to try the Wi-Fi but I can only imagine how much cleaner my clothes wil be

This is going into out new house and we were thrilled with so many products to choose from the selection was a tough one but made easier by our knowledgeable associate who showed us all the features of it. The products won’t be delivered for another month

Love this unit so far. Very glad I got the stack adapter as that configuration makes for a smoother running machine with less vibrations from my second floor laundry. Hoping I get many years of use from these units.

Old unit went out, purchase this one to replace it. Still several functions I haven't tried but it washes faster than the old unit. I like the net connectivity that relays to you when the wash is done. Also the steam function is great when washing things like sheets.

LG makes excellent washers and dryers. This is our second set, our fist one is still going without any issues for over 8 years now.

So far so good. I only use about three of the settings and it does a good job so far. This washer spins way faster than my old LG washer and really gets the water out of the clothes. No complaints so, thanks Best Buy.

I love the machine. We were sold a coil for the heat but when the machine arrived the guys said it was not heated and told us to take the coil back but on the front of the machine it says heat. We haven’t had a chance with the move and all to return it and talk to someone about it.

Product seems solid, though its AI modes are sort of annoying.

This is our second LG washer. We had one in our old house and had to have the same washer in our new house. This new LG front load washer does not smell. Just keep the door propped open. It may not smell even with closing the door. Have never tried it.
