I have been using this washing mackine for the past month and i must say it say been great so far. It is definitely worth the money.

Very happy with our purchase. Love the smell of fresh clothes wading. First time owning a front loader and its so convenient and all the washing options are great. Also wifi compatible, not sure if we'll use it but nice feature if you leave and realize you forgot to start the washer.

Easy to load and can accept large loads. This unit cleans your clothes very well, clothes are well spun "almost dry" allowing quicker drying time. Great Deliverery service haul away & setup.

The washer is great. We paid for installation and it was a disaster. The guy did not remive some bolts and he left it unbalanced. He also did not hook the hose and we got water everywhere

It’s very nice and I really like the stainless. I could t wait to try the steam option. But very few compacts to install and easy.

Love this washer. We're able to get notifications when a load is done or if the current load is too heavy for the machine

My second LG wash machine, only reason I bought a new one is because I wanted stainless for my new laundry room. The other one worked perfectly great and it was 12 years old.

I hated this washer at first because it is so slow. But when I realize it’s doing almost 3 loads for one load of my last washing machine I decided this is a great washing machine!!

I love this washer! It can wash a queen sized comforter easily. And it has some many different washing options to help extend the life cycle of your clothes. I would highly recommend this product!

Love my new LG energy efficient washer! It's a replacement for slightly older LG model. Definitely sticking with this brand and will purchase coordinating gas dryer in maybe a year or so.

Great washer. Gets clothes clean. Fairly intuitive to use.

I purchased this washer for a home still under construction. I expect to use the washer as a stacked set to save space in my smaller home. I look forward to the steam and six motion technology. Josh helped me find my perfect choice from the vast selection. I will continue to shop at best buy for appliances based on this experience.

It’s okay at best. It gets the job done but it fails miserably with the “benefits” of it being a newer machine with the app/software integrations. The app that lets you view/remote control current cycles isn’t integrated well. I frequently (2-3 times a month) have to deleted/re-add the device on the app otherwise it won’t get recognized. And the Wi-Fi disconnects VERY frequently to the point that the app it’s practically useless.

Easy to use nice size great quality and works great

Have had a similar LG washer. This is a nice looking appliance that does what is supposed to do and saves water and energy. Paid a premium for the graphite steel but it looks greate. My only complaint is that goes out of balance too easily with clumsy loads like a comforter.

Great washer and dryer set I bought. Works good. Doesn’t use a lot of water and dryer is fast. Would recommend.

We have only had this washer about a week. So far so good it works with out a glich. We bought this on sale and had to wait about 3 or 4 weeks for it to arrive from the mainland. It was worth the wait.

The gentleman who came and installed my washer was phenomenal. He went way beyond the call of duty for me and I truly appreciate his diligence and professionalism. I was very satisfied and overjoyed with this installation. Thank you so much.
