I have been very happy with my washer I love all its features and have always trusted Best Buy to give excellent service.

This is a replacement washer for an older LG. I Loved the old one and replaced it with a newer model. Seems to take longer than the old one but it has more features.

Works amazing and bigger than my old washer. This thing is amazing how well it does. Was rough getting it connects online. This will be a game changer to ask Alexa or use the app to check time and start remotely.

So far so good! Bought this several months ago, and still happy!

I'm very pleased with this washer. I consistently heard that LG was a very good brand for washers/dryers and I would agree. I like all the options available for different cycles.

Great washer. Perfect wash options for us. Didn't need all the bells and whistles setting of the higher prices models. LOVE the Intelligent feature where I get a text when the cycle is finished. Moved from Samsung to LG, with this purchase.

Great deal. Lucas is amazing. Knows his stuff and willing to go out of his way to do whatever it takes to make things happen. In fact all the guys that work there are great. The first washing machine came defective and Lucas was able to get it right.

Wonderful washer. It has a couple dents on it, but it’s brand new and it’s in the basement and nobody sees it so who cares

Best part of this washing machine is the 15 min quick wash!! Love to be able to wash and dry clothes while I take a shower and get ready in the morning. Fresh and clean every time.

It's quiet, nice features, but it doesn't clean well if you load too much. Less capacity vs a top loader. I like the alert that the load is done. Happy with the installation.

Good compact size with decent selection of cycles and options. Has wifi connection feature which is handy. Would be useful if the washer door was clear so could see more clearly from the outside.

Love it! Our old LG finally died on us after 12 years. Figured I’d get a new one. This matches our old working dryer and fit on our old pedestal perfectly. Love the larger tub capacity and upgraded tech. Now to just replace that old dryer.

I am so happy with my new LG front load washer! Best Buy was wonderful. Bought it on Friday, installed on Monday. My clothes are actually washing cleaner, with less product, than previous Samsung top load washer (which died after only four years).

Washer works fine and was easy to install. But getting the machines picked up (which was planned, yet took a full day because they don't allow dock loads only front door contrary to what we were promised at purchase), another story altogether which is why this will be my last major appliance purchase at Best Buy.

We looked at many washers before we bought this one. Front load with various options was key for us. This has done the trick and although it’s been less than 3 months, it’s working great!

They showed up on time but wouldn't use existing hoses to connect new washer. Told me to hire a plumber who then wanted to cut into wall. Not necessary. Eventually got them back to finish install without plumbing service. A week delay.

We use this almost daily and it is efficient. However the auto settings are a little strange and we do have to be careful to adjust the water temp each time and there is no way to turn off or change the "music" once complete.
