The Washer has been very good so far and has been very easy to use. Clothes get very clean especially now that we are only using a TBSP of detergent as well.

Love the technology, the easy of use, you can use your phone to turn it on. Clothes are wash perfectly. Many cycles and options to choose.

Had the old model and only lasted 8 years, so we'll see if this one does better. We have the stands, so really the only reason for re-purchasing...and matches my older model dryer. We rigged a daisy chain to keep the old one open due to the issues with smell...never had an issue and are doing the same with this one. Washing very well now, time will tell.

Great product No issues so far. Installation consisted of just that. They removed the old unit, hooked up the new one, When they had the unit connected and water flowing they handed me the manuals, took a picture of the washer working and we’re done. They cleaned up the work space and had the unit working with no leaks or damage to unit or home in no time at all. This installation met my expectations and was much better than their competition on the last unit. I do wish the control panel in the washer was backlit however.

This washing machine works great! It cleans very well, rinses very good and its quiet. I've only had it for about a month but so far so good!

Always loyal to LG and this washing machine is no exception. Purchased this unit to replace a 12 yr old one that finally started to have some performance issues with the programs. Very good option of programs (12) including manual adjustments to adapt to the needs of every load. Very smooth and silent performance including smart balancing and vibration free operation. Elegant design and colors. Installation was very easy and the technicians left it right where I needed, taking the old one back for recycling.

This washer does a very good job at cleaning. It is also quiet and appears to be efficient. Wash times are a bit long but that seems to be the norm these days.

this machine is a bit too digital for me but i like that it tells me with a pop-up on the phone that it's done. What I really don't like is tje display screen. Too flat and I have trouble reading it. Maybe it will change once we stack up or elevate a bit. Due to drums are angled down and I am shorter(5.6) I have trouble getting smaller items out. This really bothers me big time and still looking for a good solution. Be sure you don't close it so inside can dry so it won't get smelly and clean it regularly. It does it's job and looks good.

Love this machine. Cloth come out nice and clean. Not noice. After spinning cloth almost dry so doesn’t take as long to dry.

The capacity is fantastic as it can handle a big load of clothes from the entire family comfortably. Clothes feel clean. Good value for money.

First impression; large capacity, very quiet, low water consumption. We like the traditional look, instead of all glass with an aquarium look like other models.

This washer is quiet and takes in lots with antiseptic options that complements the dryer that are equally quiet. Very happy with the purchase

So far so good. No funky smell yet, clothes get clean....The app tends to log out with every update but that's the only real complaint.

OK, times change, I get it, but these new washers have so many functions, options, all digital settings, but do I really have to wipe it down and drain it after every use? I have had washers that served me well over he past 40 years that didn't require any maintenance at all, but all this digital controlled special sealed advanced technology actually require a lot of care after each wash. That said, they work perfectly, and the result is good with less wear on your clothing for longer life. I have to give it a good rating and just get used to the new care requirements.

We've had this this washer just under a month, but have no complaints. Bought this to replace a similar model purchased 12+ years ago, looks the same with new features, some I'll probably never use. I haven't tried the steam feature yet... Need to be cautious with various fabrics. It can handle blankets, etc. Cycles seem to have extended times, but there is a "quick" option if needed. Energy efficient per the reviews. Low water usage (for those using well water is very nice).

This washer has every type of washing cycle you could want. I especially like the allergiene and sanitary cycles due to allergies and being virus prone. It is state-of-the-art. The only thing that I feel it could have and it doesn't is the ability to dispense detergant for a month. I do not use the smart Wi-Fi, therefore, not able to comment on that. Do read all the instructions before use as in the begining I didn't realize all my options to changes within some of the cycles. Love all the options I have to wash our clothes.

Our old washer came with our house and my wife wanted a washer that could handle king sized blankets... So it was time to upgrade. We have been very pleased with the washer. The only thing was that it was a little more noisy than expected, but not unreasonable. I believe that the noise is due to being a front loading washer, the sounds are more of the laundry and water sloshing when rotating and I should have been expected it more! We bought the white so the text of the options would show up better.
