Love that washer but it is a bit difficult to set certain programs up. It is quiet and washes the clothing beautifully!

This machine is great! Very easy to use the settings and is so economical! Very little water used and the clothes come out very clean.

Washer has dryer stacked on top. Like the front loading capability. Washer is very quiet. Does a great job of cleaning and easy to use.

This washer does everything great! It's smooth & quiet and really gets the job done. It senses load size and adjusts the cycle accordingly. The spin phase is most amazing. In a month of use, I have never seen it vibrate excessively. The WiFi capability notifies the ThinQ app time remaining, cycle settings, and automatically sends recommended settings to a WiFi enabled LG dryer. Custom cycles can be downloaded to the washer from the app. Steam enabled, too.

Great washer with intuitive buttons. This is easy to use and holds all I need. King size bedding not a problem.

This washer was recommended by Consumer Reports, and it was certified as Allergy and Asthma Friendly. In other words, you can wash it in hot enough water to kill dustmites. This washer is good size and it can wash my heavy bathroom mat with flying colors. My previous top loader washer was a rattling mess. To all first time Front Loading Washer buyers, remember to leave your washer door slightly open after a wash so it can dry out properly. -signed, PickyMama

The washer itself if fine and washes clothes well. The app is OK, but they have integration with IFTTT that doesn't work. I don't know why LG publishes things that don't work. It seems they only work with and support Alexa and their own app. This means you can't use other cloud services to monitor and alert you of things like the washer being done! If intergration matters to you, look elsewhere. Otherwise this is a great unit. I love the magnetic held door (so you can shut it without shutting it all the way) - that's a big upgrade from our last front loader.

The first try in installation was not great...but the replacement washer works wonderfully just a bad install on the first one.

This replaced my 15 year old washer and I love it. It was replaced late May this year, and while I still have some features to try out so far I have no complaints. It’s a bigger than I imagined, and I noticed I probably wash less because of it. I do recommend when you are done washing for the day to leave the door open and wipe down the inside of the door as well as the dish tray as remains wet, but it’s not a big deal. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I've had this machine about a month, and love it. The steam feature is awesome. It's also very quiet and gets clothes clean.

First installers said they couldn’t install until we obtained a washer drain extension. They left the washer dryer in my daughters bedroom. Days later the second set of installers couldn’t install without a flexible dryer hose left without a solution saying they couldn’t install the washer and didn’t offer to come back. We then contacted a capable plumber who installed the washer and dryer without any additional equipment in 30 minutes! No idea why Best Buy advertises they offer specialty installation

Clothes come out smelling so clean. I love the idea of having the different cucles labeled baed on your loads. Love this washer.

This replaced a 16 year old machine with zero bells and whistles so anything would be better. After owning for 3 weeks it seems to do everything well. Very happy with how quiet it is and we have used the remote start feature through the app a few times...which is more than I thought I would use it. I’m also concerned about moisture or mildew in the washer so I will load the washer before bed and set it on a timer to start before I wake up. Then when I awake I through it in the dryer.

Love this washer. We have had it for over a year and it’s proven to be a “work horse”; managing to do everything from heavy duty to delicates in a timely and efficient manner: Only caveat is the lighted dial used to select setting - wish it landed exactly on the selection I’m making for more.clarity.
