Large capacity, easy controls, no vibration in spin dry mode. Lighted control panel would have made it even easier to use.

Great machine. Lots of settings. I love that it has Smart WiFi that sends a message to my cell phone when a load is done—no more forgetting and coming back to a smelly load. People complain of the control panel being dim, but it has not bothered me one bit. I also read complaints that there didn’t seem to be enough water in the cycles, but as long as you put the correct amount of detergent I have no idea why you’d need more water.

It's very quiet saves us a little water easy to get into since it's a front loader

I love this LG washer and dryer! It definitely is quiet. For both washing and drying. I'm one of the few people that enjoy the cute tunes it plays when it's done with a load. And its also wifi enabled to link with your phone. (Although i'm old school and prefer to manually set my wash/ dryer load). They get the job done well and i have no complaints. . . BUT ive only had them for about a little over a month, so we shall see. But so far i'm completely in love with them.

I would give this 5 stars if the control panel was back lit. It’s quite difficult to see the options. At first I needed to use my phone’s light. Easier now that I know the panel. I love the size. It seems like we may even catch-up on our laundry now. Everything is easy and our clothes get clean and use a minimal amount of water. I’m interested to see our next water bill. Also, Best Buy was great (as usual).

Salesman recommended LG so I read reviews and decided on this model. So far we a pleased with the performance and quiet operation.

It's a nice washer. It cleans the clothes. The control panel is dark, so the pedestals make it easier to read (at eye level). Some small negatives: *A little louder and takes a little longer than my old Kenmore HE did. *Short on directions - no documentation of the cycles etc. *No way to just spin.
