LG makes an excellent washer! Very quiet and cleans even the dirtiest clothes.

Replaced out trusty 9+-year-old washer. Cleans well and is very quiet which we very much appreciate.

Have had the washer for a few months now, works very well. Love the WiFi enabled feature/Alexa compatible. I can be upstairs and simply ask Alexa how much time is left on the washer so it doesn’t sit for an unnecessary period of time. Also love the fact that the SmartThinQ app pushes notifications when the wash cycle is complete. Really cuts down on the amount of time wet clothes are just sitting. Good washer overall, would recommend!

Love my new LG front loader. It spins very well, has great selection of wash cycles. My only personal drawback was the panel being on the front and not on the back of the washer. It made it harder for the doors to close in the space we have it. Also, the fill drawer has water that stays in the compartments from previous wash cycle, not that big of a deal, you just need to tip the water out before adding detergent. I do love it!

We weren’t sure how clean our clothes would be when we saw such a small amount of water in the machine. The washer definitely proved us wrong because our clothes have never smelled so clean! We also like how quiet it is. The only small thing we don’t like is the minimal amount of water left in the cup you put the detergent into. A quick dump into the sink and/or leaving the small drawer open takes care of that minor annoyance.

Looks great and is quiet with lots of features. Wi-Fi connectivity is a bonus.

We gave our 5 year old LG washer to our daughter and decided to try the Samsung brand. We have had it for almost a year and it has been dependable, hard working and efficient. It doesn't seem to get the usual musty smell of other front loading HE machines. However, that may be because we learned a few tricks with the LG. But, when all is said and done... my wife loves it!

This LG Washer is very nice and is very quiet. My only concern is the display is hard to read as its not backlit.

Thank You Best Buy, you continue to score 3 pointers with us, and yes, here is another-slam dunk... This machine does what it is supposed to do nicely. After washing, we use a small towel to dry water that sits at the bottom of the rubber seal between the wash drum and door that we leave open when not in use, we also crack open the drawer where washing liquids, bleach, fabric softeners, etc. etc. etc., goes, these 3 steps keep the washer mildew free. It has many features that make it amazing to wash with, it also keeps things exciting while owning. We may never use all the features, in part because it has so many. The quick wash feature that takes about 15 minutes to complete is just 1 of my personal favorites. This washer displays the time in minutes until washing is complete. Anyone in my opinion, aside from rare, if ever, possible defects, complaining about the washers performance, may not know about or remember the day when using a wash board to clean clothes was the norm. :P (HE laundry soaps ONLY) I put 4 out of 5 on ease of use because some of the operational display is hard to see(we have 20/20 vision) without a magnet handled flashlight which we keep near by to aid in some operational choices until we learn what they are by just simply looking.

We bought this washer along with its dryer mate; we couldn't be happier. Now that our 7 children are grown and left home, this washer handles two weeks worth of laundry for my husband and myself. It's extremely quiet, and with so many options for cleaning various items, we can choose the best method to clean, sanitize or address allergies in the cleaning cycle for the items.
