This washer was recommended by the sales team when we were shopping for a new washer. So far it is great. It has a large capacity that they say you can fill, we usually leave a little space. The laundry gets clean and smells nice. I only used the steam function one time and it takes more than 2hrs. I guess that’s ok if you have something that needs a deep cleaning. It looked and smelled great after it was done though.

When I walked into the store, I had a totally different idea of which washer/dryer I would be purchasing. After reviewing all those in my price range with the sales associate, I chose the LG. After using them for several weeks, I could not be happier. They look great in my laundry room and the function is top flight. The controls are easy to use and the clothes come out great.

Works great. Quieter than prior Whirlpool. Controls easy to use after you get used to them.

Lg had terrible instructions for setting up washer on WiFi in SmartThinQ app using an iPhone No help whatsoever from lg. No video help either. iPhone has to be on the same 2.4ghz network washer is using to get on the network. Turn off cellular on iPhone as well. Also make sure mac filtering is not enabled or it won’t work. I had created a guest network previously on 2.4ghz so it was easy to find. My att modem has dual radios 5.0 and 2.4 and washer could not get thru enrollment so I used the guest network which isolated the 2.4ghz. I spent a month scouring the internet and lg social media to no avail. An Att tech who came to check my home WiFi to make sure it was not the problem figured it out in 10 minutes. Lg needs to fix their instructions and have videos help for iPhone users. Very frustrating. I use the app bc I cannot hear the washer from the garage. You can easily dL extra cycles one at a time thru the app. Lg get your act together!

Replacement for the same 12 yr. old washer. The old one still worked but didn’t have as many features. Plus when we bought the original didn’t know to leave the door open when not in use thus the rubber gasket got moldy. This one is still nice & mold free after 18 months! They’ve improved a lot since we bought our first one and we learned a few things as well.

I bought this washer to replace my 9 year old LG washer after our home flooded. It is super quiet. I really appreciate that after using the noisy machine in the apartment while my house was repaired. I love having separate cycles for things like towels, too.

I haven’t purchased a new washer in quite a while and I’m quite blown away by the features on this one. It’s really quiet during a cycle and does the job well. The only thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the door doesn’t catch and I’ll start a cycle only to come back and realize there’s an error message and the cycle never started, so I’m just more careful with that now. Otherwise, great washer!

We bought the LG stack-able Washer and Dryer for our new home and love the look styling and functionality. The stacked configuration really saved floor space and allowed us to capture more storage and folding space in our laundry area. We have white cabinets and the graphite steel color really complements the space. The units are very quiet and efficient!
