This has been a very solid machine. It runs very quiet. Does a great job on stains. Plenty of wash modes. The steam function doubles your wash time but it works well. Installation was very smooth. The smart app works pretty well. I recommend.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 14 years ,my 2005 LG front loader was needing a few parts replaced and I seen the 40% off sale.Just a good time to buy a new one.The only perk I have with this model is, would have been nice if the display was not so dark .Little hard to read without reading glasses.May be fine for a younger person.Operates smoothly and clothes are very clean.I am a returning happy customer.

A bit tough to read the screen but many adjustments can be done. Love the WiFi notification that the load is done. Spin is a bit noisier than last HE machine but it's in the basement so not a big deal. Cleans well and more water extracted in spin cycle. So far has always stayed balanced.

We started on a Friday evening Saturday morning we were looking for washer and dryer. The young man at Best Buy done a good job tracking down washer and dryer and all the accessories we needed. He had to get them from multiple stores. By Monday evening washer and the dryer were installed and working
