I bought this a month ago and so far it is working like expected and our clothes come out clean. I replaced a 10 yr old LG washer with this unit. I have not used the steam feature so I can't speak about it. It is a quiet unit and it does not vibrate or rock. I like the app tells me the load is complete. So far so good.

Bought this to replace a broken Maytag. It had great reviews and I see why, super quiet with a bunch of features. I love that it weighs the load to determine how much water to use so it only uses what is necessary. I haven't tried the apps to try and start or monitor the load or diagnose problems from my phone yet, but those are cool features to have. Highly recommended.

This was a donation to a US Veteran, but he gave feedback that it used only the amount of water necessary for the load. That makes it less expensive to operate. It is also very quiet. There is a bracket to allow stacking the dryer on top so this is a nice front loader with a stacking option.

This washer seems to do a great job. It's a lot faster in the spin cycle than my old one, consequently, the drying time for things is shorter, so the slightly longer (in a few cases) wash cycle comes out in the ... wiat fo it ... wash. It's too early for a five star review, and though this washer has a lot more to wipe down post wash to keep mildew from forming, it's also a lot more accessible, so it's easier to get to, and takes less time than my old Maytag. The Wi-fi connectivity seems pointless, but I will give it a try in the future - setting it up requires giving LG some very intense information, so it may not be for you, just to be able to see if it has completed its cycle or not. All in all, I'm really happy so far. I have read some reports that people felt the washed didn't use enough water to get things clean, and this one does require reading through the manual to get the best results. It's pickier about the balance of soap and load size, but my results have been outstanding. The pre-soak feature is great as well. If it makes it past the "just out of warranty" period without incident, I'll come back and give it the fifth star, but at this moment, it's a good choice if you can find a good deal on it.

This has been a huge upgrade from our old washer system. My wife and I struggled to get things out of the bottom of the old washer, being able to reach all the way in is wonderful. The lip of the washer is conveniently shaped to hold the edge of our laundry baskets for easy loading and unloading. Steam refreshing pillows and cushions has been a breeze.

This washer was purchased as a replacement LG washer. It has new smartphone capabilities but doesn't work with iPhone at all so those features are not available to me. The Gentle Cycle is missing on the new model. MOSTLY, I will never buy another LG appliance as the Service Call and subsequent charges were ridiculous. If another brand of front loader would have fit, I would not have purchased this product.

Very quiet washing machine. Easy to use. Love the smart features

I purchased the washer and dryer in graphite. Love the color and the sleek simple design. The washer is quiet, has a bigger tub than my old machine. Overall it is 1000% improvement over my last washer. Haven't been able to figure out the wifi feature; it could be incompatible with my phone, but that's not a major drawback to me.

This is a good front load washer. Easy to use, There are a couple of things that can be improved. This machine uses low efficiency water. It needs to be more water when washing clothes. I feel like my clothes are twirling around in a tablespoon of water and has an odor when done. That is because maybe it wasn't enough water to wash all the funk out.

Great features and works as advertised. Easy to use.

Delivery was efficient and professional. Washer is just as advertised and as described. Heck of a washer. Some cycles take forever, but all the options are useful. Only problem is that the various cycles and other options displayed on the black panel are printed in small letters of close to the same color, so it is hard to read at times. That is only complaint, however.
