I have bought LG products for years and this washer is proving to be yet another great product. They stand behind their products. This washer has a 10 year warranty which also helped make our decision to buy LG. Capacity is good to for s family of 5 with athletes who require constant washing.

Easy to install and use. Its quiet and works great.

The best part about this product is the energy efficiency and how quiet it is. The set up was fairly easy the hardest part was making sure the unit was leveled, I placed a magnetic level on each side as I adjusted the feet, it was a pain but a crucial step.

This was my 1st LG purchase. I usually purchase whirlpool or Samsung. However, I love this washer. It fit perfectly in my laundry room as a stackable unit with the matching dryer. I love the functionality and all the settings. I can do large or small loads which I love. It is definitely high efficiency. I am now a LG believer.

Was looking for the previous model and it was discontinued. So decided to get something similar and this was the one. Does a way better job than our previous washer. Plus if you set up the remote start you can download the LG app and start your load from your phone. It will also notify you when it’s done.

My new washer has considerably more capacity than the old one and seems to handle balancing loads and cleaning out residual soap more efficiently. I was aware that the controls are difficult to read so I was not surprised but I agree that better lighting would make this easier.

Nice washer, easy to use good performance, looks good

After a ton of research, I decided to get this washer. It has performed flawless. I had Bestbuy deliver and install. They did an amazing job and explained how it worked. We've had it for a couple weeks and have done too many loads of laundry to count. Not one single issue...

Very quite. The spin cycle really removes moisture

This is an amazing machine. I had a machine before that conserved water and I felt like my clothes were never clean. I love this unit and glad I caught it on sale. Down side you have to drain the hose every three months or so to prevent water backing up in it.

Cleans your clothing. Has many cycles. Easy to hook up to WiFi and use the app to get notifications about when your laundry is done. Easy to use. Not confusing. Only downside is it doesn’t integrate into HomeKit, so I can’t start it with my voice. If I was android I could, but I’m not.

An excellent washer. My first thoughts was to go for Samsung but later on heard from friends that LG washer and dryer was good. Took this washer and it was an excellent washer with lot of options. The quality, look and performance is excellent. The best thing i loved is it makes very less noice.

We finally upgraded to new LGs when our 13 y/o washer and dryer finally crapped out. Never a part replaced in those 13 years. So cheers to round two. Praying we have same good luck. So far they work splendidly and clean very well. Excited for the tub clean option and magnet on door to keep it able to air out.

I have already been using the LG washer & drier of the same model and I like it a lot, so when the washer broke down, I knew I had to get the same model and I was not disappointed. The washer looks good and is very intuitive and easy to operate. Would highly recommend this product.

So far works great. Have had it for few months. Installation was done by Best Buy delivery. They set-up the washer and dryer on the pedestal and asked us to look over to make sure all is OK before they brought it in to install it quickly and tested that it's working.

The washer works great but you need to know the cycle times are much longer. Out old LG had 30 minute cycle time. This new model is over 1 hour. It cleans great and has a tub clean cycle which is awesome when really dirty things have been laundered. I feel it is probably better just slower.

Bothe the LG washing machine and the LG dryer with stands are terrific! Large enough to clean and dry larger loads than previous laundry machines we've had. An excellent purchase - both LG items. So easy to use even with multiple choices that can be made for each load.

I think it's kind of weird that you can't buy a basic washer. 12 cycles? I use two, though I may try the white cycle for the tightly whities. Steam wash? Reports say it does little to nothing and doubles the wash time. WiFi, please, why does a washer need this. And the size if these things, don't get me started! All these stupid bells and whistles is just more crap to break. The motherboard will be the first thing to go and will be just out of warranty and will cost $ 300, at least, to fix. Why can't it just have an on and off switch. I can't believe I had to buy a washer with the potential to be hijacked by the internet........ That being said this washer seems to be working great. I have only had it three weeks, but see no signs of any problems. No "dancing" or heavy vibration. Seems really quiet after listening to the bearing going on the old one for months. Clothes seem clean. Anything with feces on it needs to be washed twice, and yes I had it on heavy soil and extra hot water.

This us my second LG frontloader. My first one lasted over 20 years! I love the advanced features on this one. It washes great - was hoping it would be as quiet as my old one but still happy. Very lucky Best Buy had it in stock...best price over other retailers!
