This LG washer cleans all fabrics well. The automatic sensors allow for ample water levels. I wish there was a light inside the barrel and at the outside electronic board. It is difficult to gather all wet clothes and to read the menu choices.

This washer replaced a similar LG front loader that provide 12 years of excellent service. After reviewing Consumers Reports and considering other brands, we bought another LG front loader... This one is quieter and, so far , does an excellent job -hopefully for the next 12 years!

Washer works great. I really like the quick cycle. Does great with delicates, but also is big enough to wash my queen size bed comforter. Really satisfied with this LG washer and I think it is better than the Samsung I had before.

Quiet and efficient washer with lots of options. We've used LG washers for multiple homes and have not had any problems. Be careful not to use steam setting when washing printed T-shirts because they will likely fade the designs.

Great washing machine compared to our previous one. The clothes get a very thorough washing and they come out smelling wonderful. There's a little bit more to do for general maintenance of the machine but a great washing machine nonetheless.

I bought a top load washer a year ago and hated it. Had to run rinse cycle many times and I use less than minimal detergent. This machine has added years to my 80 years! Really has gotten clothes clean and with one extra rinse no soap suds remain. What a relief.

The performance of the washer is great. Still learning everything about the washer. Biggest thing is to make sure that when they install the washer that they level it. After installation on huge loads the washer would walk since it was not leveled correctly during installation.

First it moves and works well. Excellent on getting clothes clean and fresh. Love there is a part on the lower left side that help drain out the left over water. Love the adjustment to how much water is needed on each load of clothes we wash.

Just installed yesterday to replace my aging 12 year old LG front loading washer. What an improvement. Much quieter and without the excessive vibration during the spin cycle. Hopefully it lasts as long as the first one. Got a great deal on an open box.

The clothes washer has good load capacity and lots of wash cycle types. As a front load washer, it uses less water than top load washers we’ve had in the past. The best new feature is the steam wash cycle that we can use to disinfect particularly dirty clothes and towels.

The washer is very easy to use, perfect for day to day use. I really love the feature where the door can be kept partially open to help dry out the tub and help avoid the musty smell washers can get. The extra drain on the rim of the door has been awesome too

Had to replace an older washer because the cost to repair it was close to the price of a new one. We chose to get a new LG Front-Loading in graphic steel. My wife has washed several loads and loves the ease of selecting the best cycle for the respective loads.

Just got rid of a washer from 1982. I love the durability of old washers but there is no comparing the clean you get from a top tier front loader. My clothes are cleaner and my water and energy use is down. These new units do take much longer.

This machine is easy to use and my parents that are in their mid to late 80's are able to operate and use without difficulties. The product is low to the ground so I would suggest trying to get a pedestal to raise up the machine.

This washer gets little use b/c it's in my second home but was shocked to see that the control panel doesn't light up. Let me rephrase that. The words don't light up but the dots next to the words do. So if you want to choose a water temp or if you want to add an extra rinse, you have to put your eyes right up to the black panel and in my case, use my phone light to see what to pick. I thought I'd gotten a defective machine but that's indeed how it works. Such a design flaw. It's all digital so it's the only way to control the machine. Otherwise it does the job. Gotta keep the door open between washes however or otherwise it smells like death. Not sure why all these washers can't come up with some ventilation technology.

We are enjoying the fact that this washer is so quiet. I like the menu system and am having no problems reading them. We did notice that sometime it tries a long time to get a load balanced, and that we needed to intervene. Otherwise we are very happy.

Steam feature works really well for eliminating wrinkles with certain fabrics and sanitizes as well. Dryer is quiet and easy to use. The audible sounds when cycle is completed is annoying enough to get me to open up the dryer and take everything out.

This works great. Very low noise. Had lot of option settings. I am yet to use the wifi feature on this product. The first couple washes were awesome. Clothes came out pretty clean. I got this is for a very good deal.

This is an easy-to-use washer and the clothes clean up just fine. Lots of great choices from delicate to really-heavy duty materials. In comparison to my previous washer, the spin dry leaves the clothes wetter, so I sometimes have to re-spin dry the clothes.

This Washer is very easy to use. Simple knob controls and push button modifications to change settings. It is Wi-Fi enabled with allows it to send you phone a notification when the cycle is done. Would definitely buy again.
