This Washer is very easy to use. Simple knob controls and push button modifications to change settings. It is Wi-Fi enabled with allows it to send you phone a notification when the cycle is done. Would definitely buy again.

we have had our washing machine for about a month. It's working well. very quiet. surprised it doesn't have a light inside when you open the door but not bid deal. used a few of the various cycles and worked well.

My old set was 24 years old. Anything is an improvement! Kind of a pain to have to wipe down the window and under the rubber door seals. Not difficult to do but I have to hope my 14 year old son remembers to do it, along with leaving the door open (and wiping down the drum). I’ve also had issues with water filling the soap drawer after a cycle so that when I opened it next it spilled all over the floor. Cleans good. Disappointed in the WiFi remote capability. You have to set it up for a cycle then remote start it later, but that’s it b/c then the machine powers off. I hoped I could rewash a load. Like so a prewash cycle then remote start a normal one. Realizing there would be no new soap but the wash wouldn’t sit if I left for work and forgot to put it in the dryer. Like the Alexia capability with checking status.

This is so quiet compared to our last washing machine. It was easy to install although it should have been installed by Best Buy as part of the purchase. It also notifies you when the wash is done buy sending a notification the the lg app

As I wrote in the dryer review this set has been perfect fr what we needed. The CR ratings for LG are second only tot he overpriced Speed Queen washers. This set is worth the cost and it's simple AND QUIET to use.

Good, quiet machine. The audible tones of starting a wash or it completing are super odd and sound like the original Zelda. One issue we have is it continuing to stay connected to wifi for setting washes in the future, it its right next to our router.

It took a while to get it completely level so that it wasn't making the off balance clunking noise. Definitely make sure that you play with the feet. If you have it delivered, make sure they leave the tool just in case. Great washer though

it’s easy to use. and i like how it’s very quiet. I still unable to connect it to the cellphone. Maybe i’m not tech savvy .. Also no matter how the load small or big it’ll take 1 hour washing cycle

This is one of LG's best washers and it performs as you would expect. Cleans cloths with little water and little detergent. Has lots of settings for all types of cleaning. Big enough to handle a comforter. However, if you enable the wifi feature, you are going to get messages every time someone does a load of laundry. Nothing like being in a meeting and having your phone signal you that the laundry at home is done. On the other hand, if you have a big house or don't want the baby to be awakened by the chimes it is a great feature.

This washer is great. I love being notified of my wash being done via the app. My clothes come out looking good. It also gets most of the moisture out of the clothes so it takes less time for everything to dry in the dryer.

The best washer ever!!! I love everything about it! Cleans my clothes and refreshes very well! The bottom filter helps from breakage which is very useful! Love the app that always tells me that my loads are finished! Very smart machine!

This is our first front load washer replacing our 10 year old washing machine. It is quiet and you get notified on your phone if the cycle is done. Too early to tell if it will last like our old top load washer.

This is a very nice appliance however a few thoughts to keep in mind if you are considering this unit First, add the pedestal base. Makes loading and unloading so much easier. However, if you have a floor pan, it will have to go or the pedestal drawer won't open. Second, this appliance operates at 2Ghz. You may need to purchase a 2Ghz WiFi extender to get connected to the LG ThinQ app. Third, this machine can still get off balance, we discovered that when washing a bulky item. But it is smart enough to slow down and switch directions to try and re balance the load. However if it cannot, you may need to hit pause and wring out the item by hand otherwise the washer thumps and walks while trying to spin out the moisture.

Very satisfied with this product, washes clothing great and looks good doing it. As with any frontloader you need to hand dry it after using it and leave doors open to dry to avoid smells. So far so good though.

This laundry machine is very quiet and efficient. Just fill it with your laundry according to the instructions and it takes care of the rest. At the end of the cycle it alerts you with a beautiful short tune.

I bought this one to replace my older LG model. This model fell short of my old model. Some of the features from my old model are no longer available on this current model. Simple things - there is no drum light on this model, which is not listed in any verbiage prior to purchase. There is also no steam freshen cycle anymore, this feature is apparently only available on the matching dryer - also not listed in any verbiage I could find prior to purchase. And the door clasp sounds like it is going to snap off every time I close the door. It works. Can't complain about how it washes clothes, it does a good job. Just falls short of my old one. Very disappointing.

This washer replaced a 15 year old Kenmore front loader. We'd like to go back....The control panel on the upper left is dark, hard to see and choose the correct option (esp on the dryer when stacked). While there are a multitude of washing cycles, including downloaded options, the noise, the noise, the noise (to quote the Grinch). Again, we'd like to go back to 1994 and our Kenmore. Hope this washer is as reliable anyway, as Consumer Reports says...

I absolutely love this washer. I got it on sale and it is the match to the dryer that I have. It has so many bells and whistles I haven't been able to try them all yet but look forward to trying.

I have not used my Steam Feature as yet, but my washer is so much easier to operate than my GE which had a very complex computer panel , with too many bells and whistles for Herb to operated. So Far So Good Thank you
