This washer is amazing, it got a smell out of some sheets that I've been trying to get rid of for years caused by the bag they were stored in. I'm amazed by what this can do. I'm so happy to not have smelly clothes anymore.

Been using the LG washer now for several weeks. Users SmartIQ and allows for downloadable washing routines. Spinning stays stable and steams the clothes on those load options perfectly. One of the best choices for new washers I made.

The machine does the job it was easy set up, but I still haven’t gotten to use the WI-FI. I connected it once but I’m having trouble viewing it again. Anyway the washing past has been good so far it and that’s what matters.

Very good looking washer with good functions. If you aren't excited about having a connected/smart washer than this probably isn't for you. It is at a price point that is worth it if you will use the wifi connected app, but too expensive otherwise. I like the ability to check on the status of a load of laundry remotely and through the app. My laundry room is in the basement of the house so hearing a chime when done is difficult so the app is clutch. Being able to download different cycle options is pretty cool too. I bought the pedestal washer but have not received that yet. The ability of adding that was a deciding factor for me. Really love the color. Graphite silver looks really good in my dark blue laundry room.

With high water rates in the high desert, and a septic system that doesn’t need to be overfilled, this washer fits the bill. Only negative is the lack of backlighting on the control knob so it is difficult to see settings at night or in poor light

The LG washer performs superbly. The only issue is the wifi connection keeps dropping after shut-off. This problem is well documented for LG washers on the web. Other than this issue, the washer is a great addition.

I was a little confused to find that bedding and sheets should be washed on different cycles. No harm done. The settings are easy to use, and I am really enjoying it. Thank you Consumer Reports Buying Guide!

It’s efficient, clean and I can broadcast to my wife the cycles and time left from another room using the LG app on my phone. The app is a tad sticky on my tablet. The steam function is awesome. We have a dog... Smell gone...

My previous lg had a problem After 3 years and was replaced with this model, I find the panel very difficult to read, previous one was great, I also don’t think this spins as dry. Washes well but needs slight changes.

Washer is supremely quiet... it has so many settings you almost have to do a research paper on them all lol... wash times could be long on a particular setting but wash is very energy efficient.

In this price range this is the best feature rich product with WiFi and steam clean and energy rated and can take king comforter which can be steam cleaned for dysinfactant

Everything about this washing machine is wonderful, except the writing on the display panel where you choose your wash options. We have our machine in the basement and it is very difficult to read the display for the options.

Speed cycle allows for small loads, but also bog enough to wash a king size bedspread! Spin is much quieter than previous frigidaire model. Haven't figured out the steam yet so no feedback on that option.

A little over a year now and it is working perfectly fine. I have not had any problems with it at all. All the cycles work as they should. I have very clean clothes and it is energy efficient.

Same as the washer. I bought the set, because my sister highly recommended them. She was right! They are a great combo. Makes my life so much easier. They look wonderful too!

I just bought it a month ago so far so good. I have owned this washer before and when it broke down we bought a samsung and it was terrible so when it broke down after only having 3 yrs we went back to this one

We replaced an older GE washer that struggled to get clothes clean and never was able to spin all the water out of a load. This LG is great and the spin cycle leaves the clothes damp and ready to go in the dryer.

These LG units are very quiet and they still use old-fashioned BUTTONS. Never cared for these newer washing machines/dryers with the touch sensitive buttons. Great purchase. Great price. Install was great too.

I love my new washer. I had reservations about a front load machine by so far so good. I’ve also found that using natural detergents (Mrs. Meyers) is a great choice a limits the worries of smells between loads/uses.

Cannot get machine to connect to app or wifi. But great to wash with. Big drum. Direct drive and very quiet. Lg app is horrible. So cannot recommend to people wanting smart features
