Wanted to give several months of use before I wrote a review and glad I did. Overall, this was a great purchase! I looked at much more expensive washers and opted for a reasonable priced front loader and this one is perfect. Washes great, incredibly quiet, many options and features, most I don't even use. I highly recommend!

This is my second LG front load washer. It’s easy to load and unload. I especially like the pedals for storage of laundry detergent. I’m very satisfied with my purchase

Our first front loader lasted about 15 years. We’ve had this one approx 8 months. They’ve come a long way. This washer is much quieter than our previous one. Clothes look great.

We've had this washer for a few weeks now and have used it many times. It was easy to set up and has been easy to use. Does a very good job washing a variety of loads.

We are very pleased with this washer. The flexibility of washing options are great. The spin cycle gets much more water out than any other washer I've used. Highly recommend.

This washer has every possible cycle, from a quick 15 minute wash to extended time for extra dirty clothes. Unfortunately, the default water temperature is hot, which is rarely used.

I love my new washing machine; I had them stacked to make room in my laundry area!!!! hardly hear either of the new machines running!!! Great upgrade from my Samsung

Bought this washer and dryer for our new apartment and they have been great! They’re spacious and good with bedding. Really good quality and look beautiful on any home

This washer work well we will see how long it lasts previous washer same brand LG only lasted 4 years garbage! Good thing had extended warranty!

Love my washer. It’s very easy to use and has lots of cycle options. I actually love the speed wash when I don’t want to spend too much time washing clothes.

As stated in a previous review, this machine replaces another recently purchased at BB. The other machine was a top loader and we did not like it. Before the top loader, we had a front loader for many years - but we had heard great things about the new top loaders. Boy were they wrong ! The top loader is a joke in our opinion. This front loader is the best - period. It even has a bluetooth connection that can operate the machine. Nice! Go ahead and buy the over-priced pedestal for it. It'll make it easier when the installers are putting it together for you. Trust me on this.

Quiet machine with fast washing. Beeps and chimes when pressing buttons and finishing a cycle is pleasant. Connects to an LG app to notify you when the wash is done.

We purchased this system within the past two months and it's a vast improvement from our previous one. Will update if things start to change, but lots of options, easy enough to use.

I love this so much. I got this sale with free item. Worth the money, easy to use, I love the notifications thru phone, WiFi is perfect. Overall I love this sooooo much!

Some features are an improvement on the older model, but others are not. Just had to replace the older matching dryer a couple of months before. If they had gone at the same time, I would have bought a set with many fewer options. I like to set water temp., spin speed, etc. to match cleaning instructions on garment, bedding or towels. Most LG settings for bedding and towels don't match those recommended by the manufacturers of my items. I've yet to figure out why you need a cycle for Bright Whites. Always leaves a good deal of undrained water inside the door seal like the older one. Drain hole is higher than surrounding drain area.

Have had this almost a month, and so far love it! Easy to use, and no issues yet. Haven't tried the Smart Wi-Fi yet, but not sure we'd use it anyway.

Only reason I don’t give it five is because the control panel isn’t back lit and it’s hard to see as many people have said on reviews… But the price difference to the next one up was the deal breaker for me…

We are pleased that the HE front load washer and electric dryer are performing to expectations. The LG products were top rated in 2019 by Consumer Reports which we subscribe to.

We had our first one for 10 years, it was well used and we liked it. This one has the Wifi/Smart connection which we love, and a cleaning feature - those are 2 significant improvements. These front loads will collect lint and soap around the door gasket - nasty, smelly, gray goop. The barrel and filter can get it also. Use less detergent (you don't have to fill the basket), use the washers cleaning feature, and check your filter - this will make your life much better.
