Washer was easy to set up and is very easy to use. Instructions were well written and easy to understand and follow. Settings easy to use. Washer works quietly.

As to how the machine actual accomplishes it’s main goal, washing clothes, I guess it does fine, but don’t notice anything better than one a fraction of the cost of this unit. Cycle times seem particularly long, and maybe my clothes are getting cleaner for the longer cycle times, but I can’t say I notice it. My main regrets over purchasing this unit are twofold: 1) the “control lock” is basically useless. Even with it on, the power button will still stop the cycle with no way of resuming, having to start the load all over. No “hold for 2-3 seconds” either, so lean over it to grab something off a shelf and bump it or have a toddler experiment with buttons and be prepared to start the load over. 2) which is more frustrating for me, is the app that utilizes the WiFi. I loved this at first since it helps me not forget about a load and therefore shortened overall laundry time in a day, but now they are pushing ads to me through the app with no way to opt out. Now, when I get a notification from the app, the laundry may be done or there could be an error on the cycle, or they might be letting me know the deals Amazon has on laundry supplies. I thought with how expensive this unit was it wouldn’t be ad-supported, but I guess that’s the day in age we live in.

We love this washer! We do so many loads every day and it runs So smooth and quiet with no problems whatsoever. We have no regrets buying this machine.

I absolutely love this product. The installers did a fantastic job. We've used the steam function on it and it's awesome. The product itself is very easy to use. Loving it.

The first machine I got was defective, luckily I realized it soon enough , that they exchanged it for another same model, I’ve only had it for 4 days , so far so good

This is the first high tech washer I've ever used and the many wash cycles are great for prioritizing the types of load you need to wash. Makes short work of everything!

I think this is a very easy and very efficient way to do laundry I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for laundry

Best Buy salesperson helped me the price match so I got the white color of the washer to match my white color dryer. The washer works very well.

Downsized from a large house and suffered with washer-dryer in the new condo. Love this LG washer. Just the right size for us. Runs very quietly.

We just upgraded from a ten year old LG front load washer and dryer. The old ones were great, but the new ones add so many new features that they are amazing!

Washes my whites very well, I love the remote operation by phone. Uses very little soap which is nice as well. Spin cycle is great clothes are almost dry at the end of a wash cycle.

I had been using a century old washing machine for ages and had no idea what I was missing. This washer is easy to use and gets my clothes clean.

Replaced a 10 year old LG with a similar design. This one has good features. The indicator display is hard to read in dim light, but ok with better illumination.

If you think this looks overwhelming with the buttons and choice, this isnt that intimidating. It's super user friendly and works well. Great for any age use product

Great washer, as far as getting the clothes clean, but really hard to use. I need reading glasses and a flash light to see the control screen. So far, I have not figured out how to fine tune the settings. For instance, how do I get cold ( or hot) water if I want a "normal" wash? I would like a little more control!

I am very happy with my new LG washer. I have really had good luck with LG appliances in the past in my prior home and decided to stay with LG. Have a wifi-enabled washer is all new to me and the convenience of knowing cycles status as well as advice on water usage and even the potential to Troubleshoot (have not need, thankfully!) are all novel to me and really great! I havent had occasion to utilize the Steam feature but I look forward to trying it out as an alternative for light needs that would otherwise go to the drycleaner

This upgraded model replaced our original model. The new features make this a keeper. Goes thru the cycles very quietly. Even completes the cycles more quickly.

Front load LG washer does the job. Out first LG front load lasted us 12 years and was still strong. We moved and sold them to someone who needed them more than us. Was very pleased and much better reviews than other manufacturers. I would definitely recommend LG. The app is a bit buggy though. The washer was connected to WiFi for about a week, then stopped. I troubleshooted and made several attempts to contact LG. Finally I tried to reconnect it back up and magically it worked. We really don’t need to be reminded to advance the laundry, but it helps.

Purchased this beginning of October. Delivery was smooth. I wasn’t even home and all went well. So far I’m loving it six ways to Sunday!!!!

Has everything you'd expect from a modern day washing machine, We've only had it a week now, but so far so good. Hopefully it'll last the test of time. Our washing machine broke on Sunday and Best Buy had it installed by Wednesday. What was really great was Best Buy's service. We ordered Sunday evening online; scheduled for delivery, install and haul away of our old washer, all of which was completed within half an hour on Wednesday. The delivery and install folks were great, wore masks while inside our house were quick and awesome to deal with.
