LG makes a quality product. The washer is very quiet and does a great job with lots of washing cycle choices. Maybe the best product for the money.

Washer is noisier than expected since we do not have concrete floors. other than this, it is easy to use and does a great job with all types of loads.

Overall good washer however the electronics are overly sensitive when using touch (as opposed to your phone). Spin cycle is very strong.

This is a great washing machine. I tried others (thanks, BestBuy), but they were too noisy and moved.. This is great. A real workhorse, and quiet.

This is a great washer! It has cut my loads in half and I love the app feature. It lets me know when my laundry is complete! Highly recommend this washing machine.

Simple to use. Surprisingly quiet. Multiple wash cycles to use depending on fabric type, soil type from simple wear to football uniforms! So far a definite thumbs up.

It cleans clothes rather well , but does use very little water ... Do not use too much liquid soap ... DO NOT use powder laundry soap , except a scoop of OXY clean for tough stains ( place a scoop inside washing machine , on top of clothes ) ... ... It does have a WiFi app , we have not used this , and have absolutely no need to ( why would I want to log in to start/stop a wash cycle , or see how many minutes are left ?! ) .... This LG replaced a 15 year old front loading Whirlpool Washing machine , that developed lots of mold around the door seal & the latch broke 2X ...

Works well. Quiet and smooth. Some say the controls are hard to read, but we bought the pedestals and have good light in our laundry room so they are fine for us.

Seems to get the clothes clean. Uses far less water than my old washer. Cheap to operate. As long as it lasts for years I'll be a happy camper. The only thing I don't like about it is that if you use fabric softener you have to dilute it with warm water. Every other machine I've ever seen allows you to pour in full concentrate and then you could dilute it with the water that was filling the tub. This doesn't fill unless the door is shut. Small but still a consideration if you don't have running water near by. It is not particularly quite. Not obnoxious but it can be loud

The front-load washer is very quiet when in operation. We appreciate its myriad of features, though that little screen is too hard to read.

I'm very happy with this product. It cleans better than any washer I've had, seems very durable and notifies me when the cycle is finished.

Haven't been using this even a month so a little early to review but as I said so far so good. It is a lot quieter than the matching dryer. I had basically the same machine before.

The size is perfect and the short cycle works for most of the laundry needs that I have. I love it’s efficiency and contemporary look.

Replaced a previous LG Model after twelve (12) years and has the features we were looking for at a decent sale price. Only issue, compared to our previous model, is the alert sound that it is finished washing is very soft even at the highest volume level. This is probably, due to the connectivity to your phone to get information and enable wash; yet don't need another app on my phone with regards to washing clothes. Other than that, we are very satisfied with this purchase and the fact that the detergent needed is a fraction of what we used to use.

We did not realize how dirty the traditional top loaders leave your clothes. This LG front loader is phenomenal! We should have made the switch years ago.

It's the newer version of what we had previously which is a workhorse of a washer. Minimum 3 loads a day and I enjoy not having to take comforters to the laundromat due to it's large capacity. One new feature it has that is nice is a rinse and spin. This will be great for when I am able to safely return to the gym and swim again! I do not use the technology features, I wish there was one without it. Unless there is a little robot that could flip the loads and fold, having it hooked up to my phone is useless!

18 months after purchase and no problems. Best Buy delivery was seamless and on time. I would recommend this item to a friend.

We enjoy the larger capacity and upgraded features this washer provides, particularly the steam cleaning options.

Our last washer/dryer combo was nearing its life expectancy so we set out to replace them. We have been absolutely thrilled with this new set! It has a ton of features. I was surprised when I got an email alert telling me that there was a lopsided load! Is that necessary? Probably not but a neat feature. There’s an app you can download for this washer as well. My wife loves the steam feature and the different setting for different types of wash loads. I would highly recommend this washer!
