Hope they will last a long time. No complaints on the three units. We replaced our previous front loader with this one. Originally was considering a top loader but some people find the larger top loaders to be a bit of a problem. wo Hard to get into after the wash cycle because of the depth. I like the washer and the mini washer. The installation was quick and very efficient so I would also like to indicate Best Buys delivery people too.

This new machine works effortlessly and one would not guessed ( my wife did not! ) for it is so darn quiet. The before mentioned Lady of the house loves to control everything from her cell so this is like a miracle for her to be able to control the machine from her work place. We did suffer a breakdown in the second week after its installation, water switch malfunctioned and the sudden thuds were pretty scary.

It’s really terrific and I’d highly recommend it. What made this so good was the Best Buy delivery guys. There was so professional from the call ahead to the set up. I’m used to delivery guys making excuses for why they can’t make something work. These guys went overboard to hook everything up and they exceeded my expectations 10x over. I’m a big fan of Best Buy, but these guys were amazing. If I can edit this I will to post their names. I just don’t have it where I’m typing this review.

Should have had a white panel with black letters not a blank panel with gray letters. Not very user friendly with this type of panel. Other than than it does do the laundry well. However, why does your users manual say you can use bleach but not bleach for colors? This is also confusing based on the manuals written directions.

I bought it less than 4 years ago, with extended warranty and I have had to get it leveled multiple times; and as you can see by the pictures it's rusting. We take very good care of appliances, and this already happened. I would not recommend you purchase at all if you want an appliance for the long term.

Great cleaning but mold issue
