The washing machine has been a dream. I love that it tells me how long the load is going to take. I’ve been very happy with the performance.

This washer does it all...well except loading and unloading but it even that is effortless and a pleasure with this machine. No regrets at all!

This front loader is far better than out previous top loader. It leaves clothes fresh and clean without using tons of water!

Great washer my last LG lasted over 13 years, hope this one does too. All the settings work great. Had gotten all my clothes clean.

So I’m not quite sure of the reason, but this washer is much louder than anticipated. It washes fine and has lots of options. Best Buy installed these items for me. They are louder than my cheap front loader Samsung I used to have by far. Water draining is about 4x as loud, spin cycle is loud. Nothing about the washer is quite. But it doesn’t vibrate when spinning. I just wish for the 700 we paid for it it would be more quiet than the 500 washer I bought 8 years ago

I suppose there's a reason this gets top rewards. We've only had it about a month and it has been great so far. I will update if that changes.

Great washer. Very quiet. Wish it had the extra water feature my last one had. The extra rinse button does not seem to work unless you add more than one

This replaced a 10 year old LG washer. These are great washers. Lots of options & big tub. Nothing better out there as far as I'm concerned.

My 10 year old LG washer developed a bad water pump. I could have repaired, but got the new one. Quiet, efficient, very smooth.

This washer washes very well and has great features. The reason for only four stars is that the display is not back lit and is hard to read.

We went from fighting over who had to wash and dry the clothes to fighting for the right to wash and dry clothes. Love it!

Huge step up from the load too loader we had. Super quiet and a lot of mode that help for the type of load.

LG washer cleans like a dream. The multiple settings do just what they say and efficiently handle any type of wash from delicate to heavy duty.

Love this front load washer. Was able to stack up in my condo. No issues and is quiet.

Purchased in Oct. 2019. End of Jan., the drain/water pump stopped working. Service Tech comes out. Doesn't have part in stock. This is brand new washer , how they don't have parts is crazy to me. Tech has been back 3 times, finally got the part-does't fix the problem. Today says he is going to place order for 4 additional parts, but no ETA of when parts will come in. Again, brand new machine, should not be breaking and should be tons of parts in stock. We have 3 kids, we use the machine often. Can't be going almost a month without a washer. Complained to LG and ordering us new machine. Not sure if our issue is isolated, but check other reviews before buying this machine. If this replacement breaks down at all over the next few years, never buying LG again. Side Note-washer did work great when it was WORKING.

We really like this machine. It is easy to use, and works well. It is energy efficient, and lots of cycle options.

So far so good, had it a little over a month. A little sensitive to touch the touchscreen sometimes bu other than that good.

I would rate this machine excellent, 5 stars, but for one thing: the panel on the top right of the machine is NOT backlit, making it difficult to read the settings.

Had LG front loading washer for 10+ years. Brand was pretty easy to service myself but that model had a problem trapping water in the door seal. New one has larger drain holes and a trick-catch that means the door is closed over without being closed-shut so it stops the drum getting musty when not in use. I could do without the IoT whistles and bells - seems I'm paying more for features I don't need and will only add to repair cost.
