Does a great job of doing what it’s supposed to do. Display screen needs to be backlit. You can barely see the settings. Poor design!!

The Best Buy installers didn't leave behind the shipping bolts (needed to move it) nor the space-filler bolts for the shipping bolt holes (needed to properly seal the back of the washer.) I didn't notice until they were long gone. Also, the WiFi connectivity or the app - not sure which - is super flaky. Push notifications aren't useful if they aren't reliable, and they aren't. Occasionally, there is water left in the detergent cup, which is apparently a common problem with these. Overall, gets clothes clean, but could be better.

HD this pair for about a month and couldn't be happier. Very easy to use and does a great job on your clothes.

I love the phone notification feature. Cleans well, has all the cycles that I require and is efficient. I'd definitely recommend.

Good washer, runs well, fairly quiet. I’m still trying to figure out why the detergent dispenser is full of water after each wash load

The washing machine is very quiet. It had a steam option which is great if you have pets or kids with stains. Highly recommend

Lots of cycles, gets everything very clean. Have not used Wi-Fi features yet, but love the delayed start feature.

My washer was delivered on October 13, 2020. I have used it almost everyday and love the performance.

This washer works flawlessly & has all the features we need. It cleans well & so far has been trouble free.

Got this on pre-black Friday sale for a house-warming gift for my son. He loves it! All the bells and whistles and does a great job!

LG washers and dryers are the best. This is my second set the ease of use makes doing laundry almost a pleasure.

I’ve only had this washer a few days but it has certainly worked well so far. The washer had lots of features and stacks well.

I debated if I wanted a front load washer or top load and I’m missing my top load. This washer does a good job with little water and soap, but I miss letting my clothes soak for really dirty messes. It also takes forever to do a wash, usually 1 hour to 1 hour and 45 for a big load. I’m single so no problem but if you have a big family that’s always washing clothes not ideal. It’s good but I would buy an LG top load washer if I was going to do it again because some clothes need time to soak.

I love it. I use it often. I’ve had no problems thus far. It does vibrate and shake a bit more than when I had it first installed. I’m gonna have to look into that. There is a funky smell after awhile that comes and goes. I may need to clean the filter and do something else but Otherwise great machine. Keep it clean I hear if you spill liquid detergent on the writing it will fade but I’m not certain.

I had to purchase another LG washer because my 10 year old LG washer finally bit the dust. I love this color and it is a little bigger than the last one. The "smart" part of the washer is confusing and I still haven't been able to synch with my phone. It is also a little noisier. It would be a great/excellent review if it weren't for those 2 above mentioned items.

Super quiet machine. The touch screen panel is a plus. All in all it is a very nice machine that will make doing laundry fun.

Had it for several months now and are very happy with the way the cloths come out very clean and excess water is not needed

LG is much better than Samsung when it comes to Washers and Dryers. Our old Samsung washer had several service calls and repairs. The tube literally sounded like it was coming out into the room and I had better watch out. Yes, this review is for a dryer. While I had so much trouble with the Samsung washer, I began to dislike both. LG is fantastic so far!

It's a different than what we had before. I think the tub and rubber seals around the tub are a better design than the earlier models. I don't particularly like that the display is completely vertical. I think it would better if the display was a bit slanted backwards. Then it wouldn't matter how tall you are. You have to bend your knees a bit to see them clearly sometimes. That's just a suggestion. Other than that, the product is great.

Very easy to use. Has a WiFi function that I haven't hooked up yet. But easy access to the filter to clean.
