The week after Christmas our old washing machine died. We had it for a very long time and were not thinking of getting it replaced. Went into Best Buy on January 1st. The person who helped us was very knowledgable and gave us some great options. We ended up with an LG Machine. The Model we got is fantastic. With the 0% financing the machine ended up costing us less than going to the Laundry Matt to do our laundry. It was delivered the following Monday and we immediately put it to work to catch up on more than a weeks worth of laundry. It wokrs great. Is easy to use and does a much better job than our old one. Thanks Best Buy!

I love my LG washer/dryer. They are silent and do an excellent work. The only reason I don’t give a 5 star rating is that the control panel light is difficult to see. I cannot believe that LG is not using a bright blue led light panel for this expensive washer and dryer

Runs very quiet and smooth (direct drive) is very efficient. key is to read directions on amount of products to use...it takes very little. We have done rugs, to queen comforter to delicate - works great so far.

We’re pleased with our new washer. It is straightforward to use, and runs very quietly. We’re particularly happy with how effective the spin-dry cycle is, so that the clothes need less drying.

Another great washer from LG. Easy to use, has the options I wanted and it seems to get everything really clean. It’s also quite! I don’t even notice that it’s going through the spin cycle.

This machine was my second choice because my laundry space was not large enough for a 9500. I needed a washing machine quickly, and was prepared to feel ho-hum about this machine. I had a Bosch before that I wasn't crazy about, but so far, I DO LIKE this machine It is quiet, efficient, and cleans the clothes well. I have had no problems with brushing up against it and then needing to start the cycle all over -- and I have done so several times. For those that have had problems being able to see the screen clearly because it is not completely backlit, I can see it and what's on it quite well. However, I have a very well lit laundry room. If the laundry lighting is not bright, maybe this could be the problem.

Love how large this is! Was able to wash my heavy queen size comforter with no problem. Also used the sanitary cycle for my daughter's jacket. She wore this jacket while working at a fast food restaurant drive thru and it smelled like french fries haha. I had washed it several times and the smell didn't come out. However, after using the sanitary cycle the smell is gone! Also like how much water it spins out of the clothes. It greatly reduces drying time. I used the steam feature on a few pairs of jeans that had some stains and they came out. Would definitely recommend!

This is the best washing machine. It really cleans the clothers, has a bunch of options for wash cycle and is very quiet. The spin cycle really gets the clothes dry. I love it.

This LG washer performs so much better than our 10 year old washer that it replaced. We are extremely satisfied with how well it washes, spins and the noise level is much quieter than we had been used to.

Love the features that were not available on my old machine. LG has addressed the common problems and challenges of front loading washers. The machine is quiet and efficient. Love it!

This LG is a wonderful machine. It cleans exceptionally well. Is quiet in operation. Intuitive to use. And with the right bells and whistles. Very pleased with our purchase.

Glad I purchased this item, just wished I had a little patience after deciding to purchase, I could have gotten the washer & dryer for the price I paid. Overall I am happy with my purchase, it replaced a very old top loader. The machine is quite, washes and rinses well.. I have two ssues, one is when it''s on rinse cycle, the softner does completely dispense and every few loads I have to clean the softner compartment to ensure it does not get clogged up with softner residue. The other is the display iishard to see, they should have considered using red or green lighting verses white.

Very happy with this purchase. Lots of features (most of which we're not using yet), easy to use, and works well. The WiFi connection seemed like a gimmick, but has actually turned out to be quite handy, and we are starting to really appreciate the notifications when the load is done. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that the moisture sensor doesn't work very well. It works a little better if you tell it you want your clothes "very dry" but they still come out damp sometimes, especially for small loads. Mostly, I've switched to using "timed dry" rather than depending on the sensor.

I know it sounds strange to love a washing machine, but my new LG, front loader is perfect. I’ve been wanting a front loader for years, and I wasn’t disappointed with this new one, which I bought for a great price at my local Best Buy on President’s Day. The salesman was so helpful and knowledgeable. The machine washes great, and I love it’s many really modern options and features. I am very pleased with this purchase and with my local, Bay Shore Best Buy overall. I’ve been shopping there for years and wouldn’t shop anywhere else for all my appliance, tech and audio needs.

The washer is great!! Always wanted one and I am glad I got one. Easy to use and my kids can still do their laundry. It is quiet when in use.

Used to have a front loader and hated it. After yeas of a toploader, we were hesitant, but the reviews and price led us to giving it a second chance. Glad we did. This washer has been the best we've ever had. Done a great job with stains on clothes, and shoes. Going to save us a bunch on soap with such a small amount needed for each load. Also reduced how many loads with its large capacity. Concern was the mold smell, but they have safeguards in place we didn't on our original front loader. Highly recommend, I think you will be happy.

15 year old LG broke down and needed to be replaced. Bought this one and we just love it! Easy to use, quiet, and cleans clothes great! Happy with this purchase!

This washer is simple to use and very intuitive. It holds all the laundry we need for two people. It's pretty quiet and very efficient on water use.

We recently purchased this washer and matching dryer to replace 20 year old machines. It’s amazing how much has changed! We’ve only been using them for a few weeks but we love them. There are so many cycle options, including steam which I love! It is high efficiency, using less water and energy efficient. It is very quiet while operating. Our clothes are coming out cleaner! We have purchased several TVs, laptops and appliances from Best Buy. The whole process is great. Good sales person and great delivery guys. I would recommend Best Buy and this washer.
