I purchased this washing machine to replace my Samsung. So far, I think I may like it better. Runs quietly, fit fits medium to large sized loads. Clothes come out smelling fresh and clean. I haven't had the need to try to use the smart features.

I love this washer. I have been using it for over 3 months and am very happy with the results I get from it. I especially like the allergan and the sanitize functions. It is pretty quiet and on high spin it really gets the water out of laundry.

Beautiful machine that is quiet and easy to operate. As we had just moved, we had a lot of backed up laundry and shipped clothes and bedding. Handled 20 loads without heavy vibration, or faults. Tried multiple settings.

So far so good, just had the washer for three weeks, but all is good. Washes very well, quiet, doesn't use much water and all the dirt comes out in the wash, which is the point. Haven't used nearly the full compliment of wash options, but I may never use them all.

I replaced a previous washer with this new one. The new one is working fine and has some updates that I like. Different wash cycles and WiFi connections are very useful. Overall a good machine and I am please with my purchase decision.

So many settings which are great for different things. It fits my king size comforter, and washes my clothes really well, without everything coming out super wet! Super happy with my purchase.

We got this washer a month ago. Were very surprised at first when we ran first load and washer ran for a short time to measure load and then used very little water to wash the load. Clothes are coming out cleaner than with previous washer. Very easy to use.

Wonderful washer! Very quiet. Balanced correctly and cleans clothes better then my old washer & dryer. Excellent product! Delivery guys were great and showed me all I needed to know. They were very kind and professional!

good prices, easy to use, great features, large capacity, easy maintenance - no water/mold problems that are common with front load washers., would highly recommend this energy efficient unit.

I never thought I would love a washer and dryer so much. They are so quiet and barely vibrate. I have second floor laundry and, other than my dryer balls, I don’t even remember they are on. I haven’t tried the app yet so I can’t comment on that. The down side is how long the washer takes for one load but that’s pretty standard for HE front loaders so I can’t complain. I honestly wasn’t impressed with the quick wash but I think I had too much laundry in there for it. Overall though I am very pleased.

Seems to do a good job of cleaning. It is relatively quiet. It offers a variety of washing modes that are nice to have even if we don’t use some of them frequently. I like that it doesn’t use a lot of water.

Do your research. This washer is the top rated washer by Consumer Reports. Super quiet and easy to use. We have a second floor laundry and can start a load before bed and not hear anything. Built-in Wi-fi is great feature.

This washing machine has lots of capacity and properly handles big loads with ease. It is also remarkably quiet and incredibly energy efficient. The various cycles offer a lot of flexibility in washing options.

Saves tons of water. The electric bill went down. Excellent programs. Smooth and delicate with the clothes. Makes no noise at all. The app works great. I wish I could turn it on and off with the app. But overall the Best Buy a family can make.

I've never enjoyed laundry so much. Absolutely love getting notifications when the cycle is done via the LG app. Cycle settings are easy to understand. Read the manual to learn about all the cool not so normal things this washer can do.

We had an LG washer in our previous house. Both work well, easy to understand the controls. Wash loads come out clean and the spin cycle removes most of the rinse water. Not that it matters much, but it's also quite a handsome unit.

The wash works great and does an excellent job on the clothes, It is easy to use and at the same time adjusts to different washing requirements

I love my new LG.... had it six months and all is well. It spins dry excellent so its easy to dry my clothes. I make sure I wipe out the inside when I am finished for the day and no mold smell whatsoever. I disinfect the machine every 45 days...I am very pleased. * The only problem I had was the third party vendor that Best Buy hired to install/hook up my washer hooked it up wrong. The goofy guy hooked up the hot water to the cold water line and cold water was hooked up to the hot waterline. Now tell me, how hard is it to hook up the lines correctly?? Unfortunately before I fixed the hook up, I had some very nice delicates that were trashed by the hot water (should have been cold water) Ugh! My advice check out your hook up before you start to wash..

The washer is really quiet. Uses very little water and the clothes pretty dry when finished spinning. The touch screen could use a backlight for easy access. Would be nice to be able to set for just spin only if needed,

So far so good. We really like this unit. It's powerful and robust. The smart features work well. Maintenance and cleaning of the unit are easy. You can sense the quality of the unit above others.
