It‘s doing a great job. Handles big loads with ease. We don’t have any complaints. And it looks great as well. We don’t use the smart features because, frankly, we don’t want our appliances exposed to the internet.

Really enjoy this washer, especially with the additional SideKick which is sold separately. Several washing options to choose from and they all get my clothes clean. Also, a lot quieter then my previous washer.

It works great and the price was very good. It has a large capacity and lots of features to accommodate whatever i need.

We love our washer, we also got the dryer which we love too. Easy to understand & use. Has nice lights & sounds. It also has a lot of options. It has done a good job of washing & rinsing. No problems.

looking for quiet mid sized stack unit for condo. Has been quite good so far except installers were lazy putting units too close to wall with plumbing and did not install dryer venting correctly. Recommend getting appliance from another source

This is a great washer. Have had no issues, clothes come out clean and pretty quiet. Also received a rebate after submitting proof of purchase. It’s a water conserving machine. Great purchase

I am very happy with my purchase. It is very quiet and I can load a lot of clothes than my previous washer. I hope this will last longer than my whirlpool which I had for 20 years

this is our second lg washing machine and we are very pleased with its operation. runs quietly, cleans very well. we got 10-11 years on the first machine with no repairs. hope this one does as well.

Bought this to replace an older LG Tromm Front-Loader that finally died. Duplicated the installation by including the stand to get the unit up to a more natural height to load the wash. What a difference a few years makes in incorporating technology and improvements! The old unit sometimes sounded like a propeller airplane readying for take-off. While it did its job well, it was wobbly and noisy. Not so with this new LG machine. It is rock-solid, doesn't wobble/vibrate, and has many new wash options. The only difference we've noted to date is that the wash time is a little bit longer, but the trade-off in quietness is well worth it. Highest recommendation!

I've had this Washer for little under a year, and I'm happy with it so far. This has been reliable, washes clothes with incredibly low water usage, washes them well, and I get notifications on my phone when it's done washing. The only downside I have noticed is speed - it's relatively slow compared to my 20 year old model it replaced. That being said I've had other high efficiency front loaders and this one is right about the same wash time as the competition. Long term I'm not sure but at least for the first year I'm happy and would recommend it. Oh and for the record if you don't want to connect it to your phone, you don't have to!

Easy to use and very quiet too. Some cycles take quite long to complete. We need to take care ensuring the gasket is dry to avoid it smelling. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

I love the sleek design of this product. It was really easy to install and so far it has done a great job at washing, way better than my previous washer. The WiFi/smart capability is a plus!

Huge capacity of the front loader combined with high tech efficient and wifi connected operation. The drying time is longer due to the smart machine measuring the load and using just enough water to do the job!

I have had this machine for 8 months. Clothes come out clean, washer is quiet . So far so good. Had problems in the beginning with being out of balance but that was due to the installer not knowing what to do.

We bought this to replace an older LG model that needed drum bearings. To replace the drum bearings would have cost about $400. and we would have still had a 10 year old washer. However, I'm really surprised at how good this new washer works. It has more features than we need or will probably ever use. The unit is quiet, uses less water than our older washer and I almost think the clothes look cleaner coming out. Best Buy did a good job delivering and removing the old unit. I was concerned about the delivery potentially scratching the floors but they actually carried the unit right to the laundry room and didn't touch the floor. Good installation and good price and absolutely no problems. My wife loves the unit.

Best washer I've ever had. Cleans well, quiet, mostly easy to use. I have only used the washing machine for household laundry so far, but I am very pleased with the outcome.

Bought this washer about a month ago and so far so good. No issues. It is easy to use, has a large tub, and does its job. I have not used the steam cycles. I would buy again.

Washing works very well and with minimal noise. Sheets get twisted badly from the tumbling process but using the gentle cycle seems to help. It is completely reliable.

Been working flawlessly. Cleans well and automated alerts come in very handy. The washer also send an alert when the tub is due to be cleaned.

quiet and washes well, but cant speak to its reliability as we've only had it a few weeks. Didnt realize we would have to be buying different, eg "HE" detergent.
