Bought this along with its corresponding dryer. I have zero complaints about this product. I did what felt like days of research to make sure I was getting the best I could for the price. There have been no problems, no issues, no leaks. My clothes come out clean. The washer needs minimal maintenance and just does its job. Love the connectivity so I can see how long my washer has left. Highly recommended.

This dryer works fine. I like LG products. My only complaint and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the design of the lint screen. All the lint doesn't always make it to the screen. Some of it stays in the holes on the housing. After about 4 months I unscrewed the housing and cleaned it. It will probably need to be done again soon. It's not a big deal to do Other than that it works great.

Aesthetically, this washer is gorgeous. Functionally, it’s everything a great washer should be. Easy to use once installed, although I recommend going through the manual at some point because this washer can do a lot! Clothes come out of the spin cycle ready to dry quickly. My old washer left my clothes very wet, and they would take two cycles through the dryer to dry completely. Amazingly large capacity.

I love this washer. My previous washer was a LG also and I had it for many years, so I knew I wanted another LG. Therefore, I went straight to the them when I began my search for a new washer!! It is so easy use. And it uses the minimum amount of HE detergent. I absolutely love it!!! I highly recommend it to anyone searching for a washer.

I love this machine (who I've named Betty) - it is wifi connected so let's me know when my load is finished and I can delay start via the phone app. The wash feels so much cleaner than with my old machine - and I prefer the front loader. Delivery was great HOWEVER - be warned - both the Best Buy sales assurances told me this was 100% eligible for a LADWP rebate - and it was not - one even took $400 of the original price estimate - NOT GOOD Best Buy - NOT GOOD

I know there are many conflicting views on this machine. I am in the camp that loves it. But I also take the time to take care of my things. After using it, I have a towel and dry the door and inner gasket, then remove the soap tray and dump the excess water out, turn it over and let it dry. I don't find this "too" much of an inconvenience to keep the "stink" down. I like the size but we are a small family that doesn't need a monster machine. I can put a king size load of sheets and feel it's big enough to wash with plenty of water and room. Because I don't need to overload it I can't say I've experienced it being out of balance or vibrating but I don't run huge loads. I do like that there is an alert when it's finished running. On older machines there was only a buzzer on the dryer. Nice change to a newer unit. Given the choice, I would definitely buy this again.

This took a very long time to get but it was absolutely worth the wait. I don’t know how the do it but this washer and dryer set uses such little water and is so quiet it scares me. This thing has so many features it’s overwhelming. I live on the 4th floor and the brought both machines upstairs and installed it like it was nothing. I was even offered some additional rewards for my inconvenience. Pity they don’t know how grateful and appreciative I am. Worth every penny!!

Great product and easy to use. App integration was simple and allows for even more cycles to be added. Has been great to remind me to grab clothes for dryer too. I have had nearly a year and no issues with washer except I left the door closed a few times and have mildew now. Need to cycle it with bleach and hopefully will fix it.

The washing machine has worked well so far without any problems. It is very quiet compared to the top loader we had before. The app on the mobile phone is very helpful since the end of cycle signal is not that loud. One of the main reason for getting this washer is the reduced water consumption which is important during the current California drought. There was also a big rebate from the water company to purchase this, or some other models which was helpful.
