I'm really happy with this washing machine. I did so much research and finally settled on this one. I had an older version that was a step or two down from this. I complained that I felt my whites were dingy in the old machine. First thing I noticed in my new washer was how clean everything looked. I liked that the clothes seemed to all be wet enough so I felt they were getting cleaner than before. That was an issue I had with my old LG. I also purchased the pedestal washer beneath it (Sidekick) and you can use them both at the same time. Wonderful! This machine was on sale as well when I finally ordered it. I like the graphite steel color. I maybe would have gone with a newer model, but the new ones were featured in black, and I wanted the grey.

I really like this machine. I have not had it long enough to check out all of the features , but I was really surprised how large the drum is. It seems much larger than the LG that we had before. It was a 4.5 as well.

We love this machine so much that when we left behind the same model in our previous home we decided to purchase a new one just like it for our new home.

My old washer had bad bearings, so spin cycles nearly shook the whole house apart. This one I can shut the laundry room door and not even hear it. The improvement to life is immeasureable.

I bought this for my son that was moving into a new house. I bought the washer and dryer set. It works well and he is using it routinely.

The two geek squad delivery people were on time, friendly, professional and courteous entering my home for the installation. They left the area clean and the installation didn't take long and they had everything they needed. They tested both appliances before leaving and updated me everything was all set. Highly recommend their service it was hassle free and so easy. I love my LG washer and dryer pair! I did a lot of research before purchasing after an expensive washer repair on another washer brand because the lint trap wasn't in the front... This washer and dryer is so nice and easy to clean the door seal on the washer. So many options for cycles and as a nurse I love the steam cycle for my scrubs!

I have only had these for 1 day, but so far it has done 5 loads smoothly. Easy to use.

This washing machine is a real workhorse. I've done 20 loads already, and it washes very well. Super quiet. Hope the LG lasts many years

Great washing machine. This one is basically the same as our 11 year old model we replaced. Our other washer was still working fine but getting up in years..

Does a great job and is super quiet. Convenient lower front panel to recover change you forgot to remove from your pants pockets.

This laundry washing machine does what it’s supposed to do: do the laundry :) But, on top of that, the machine is really quiet when it’s on, sometimes we forgot we are doing the laundry.

Good machine compared to others like Bosch. Very quiet and smooth. Second purchase of Samsung washer and dryer. I’ve had mine for ten years.

LG is fast becoming one is the best all-around product makers and this washer is no exception! No need to get the higher priced units… this one is perfect!

Quiet and efficient- Qualifies for rebate from Tucson water utility. Gets clothes clean and doesn’t beat them up.

Was a Whirlpool die hard, had several bad experience and started switching to LG. The washer is every bit as great as all the other LG appliances I have.

cant say enough about this lg washer takes a lil bit to get accustomed to settings but works very quickly and efficiently

So far I really like this LG washer, it does a great job getting all clothes nice and clean on different settings.
