    Wish I would have bought a different washer. This unit is very loud when draining. I've worked with LG and they finally sent a tech (great tech!) who informed me the loud vibrating sound is the propeller to drain the water. The tech also ensure the unit was level. Everything else about the washer is fine, it just irks me during every load when I hear the vibrating sound.

    I bought this washer because the doors would be across from each other so that I could move my clothes straight from my washer into my dryer. When the Geek Squad went to install, they found that the doors to the washer and dryer backed up to each other. Not only would they hit an eventually break because it’s glass, but I would have to put my clothes out of my washer onto the floor walk around the doors to then put my clothes into the dryer. So I have a bad back and a bad tip. This is not what I wanted when I purchased this item. The National agent from Geek Squad was extremely rude to me when I called to ask him what to do about this. I have been a loyal Geek Squad customer for many many years but not anymore.
