NOT GOOD, COMPLICATED. MAKES CLOTHES SO MUCH WRINKLE

Still not working correctly and Best Buy have been one twice.

Don’t buy this machine terrible the engine making so much noise and it’s taking too long to wash the clothes

Worst delivery and install experience I’ve ever had.

You never deliver the goods!! And force us to be without appliances for weeks.

I love everything about this washer . It cleans so good that my clothes even work clothes smells so good . It pre ashes good, it lets me know on the app what’s going on, it’s so quiete that I can wash at midnight in my apartment, it has everything a washer needs, and what I love the best is that I waste so little on electricity and it’s big I can wash twice as other washers

We are very happy with our new LG Front Load washer. It's works quietly and efficiently. Our previous front loader from an LG competitor was loud, you could hear it throughout the house, and every time the water turned of it would "hammer" the pipes. We barely hear the LG, and no hammering of the pipes.

Bought this few weeks ago, very happy with it. Excellent capacity, worts great!

Only purchased at the end of November, but it is great so far. Very easy to use, cleans clothes well and takes less detergent.

Buying the washer and dryer together got us a great price, which has been well worth it. The washer is quiet, efficient, and cleans well.

I am having a terrible experience with my brand new LG washer. The solvent smell is overwhelming. LG told me this is the "new car" smell and it will dissipate if I do 10 washes. I ran it for 18 washes, and measured the VOCs at 1,981, which is almost 5 times the normal limit. The appliance salesman told me that this happens in 1 out of 100 LG machines and they have to send them back to LG. The salesman said that LG is aware of the issue and they have recently changed their production process. I get dizzy and headaches from the fumes. I am concerned about my health and the health of my family. I have had this machine for 24 days and the solvent fumes have permeated the house.

I love this machine so much. It cleans well and fast. Hold large capacity, king sized comforter and sheets. Wonderful!

This is the best washer I believe you can buy. It is super quiet and efficient. Has cycles for towels, bedding, heavy duty, delicate and many others. Gets clothes super clean.

This washer and dryer set were initially really great. Could fit a lot of stuff in them and seemed to wash well. However, within 2.5 years they have both had to be serviced and the washer ring has mold that just won’t go away. These weren’t cheap and of course everything is past the date for return/replace/repair. I’ve seen others who are selling them on FB marketplace bc of similar issues. Don’t buy!

So far I am satisfied. It works quietly and very well. Takes out stains. Clothes clean and almost dry when done.

Great Washing Machine, Looks Beautiful and it is very easy to use.

Have owned 2 months so far so good. It is relatively quiet, cleans well. Lots of options for temp and spin. Much shorter cycle time than my old machine. I haven’t tried any of the remote features or connecting with Wi-fi

Very pleased with this washer. We replaced a 4 year old HE LG top loader with this model. Front loaders are way better than top loaders for water use and avoiding imbalanced loads. It is very water efficient, and most importantly, it is quiet! No more clonking and banging due to imbalance issues! The Turbo Wash feature saves time for most loads cutting run time almost in half.
