We love our new purchase! we bought it black and it looks very nice in our laundry room. The washer is very technological and our clothes always come out smalling fantastic. I love the fresh clothes feature.

This modern sleek machine is great! It’s really quiet and efficient. The settings are easy to navigate and adding detergent and all other liquids is easy. The flat modern sleek doors are so great for small spaces. I love that they are white. They look very clean.

The frontal washer provides enough room to fit more clothes in one load, I use It in my home and my family and i are fully satisfied with the results

Very efficient and quiet. I can make big loads and they come out clean, specially the towels, they come out damp, not wet so the about or time needed to dry is less.

I absolutely love it! It's affordable, quiet, very efficient and has all the features I was looking for. My favorite is the 15 minute wash feature which I use frequently, Have to say the best appliance purchase I have made in years!

We had a previous version of this washer for over 10 years and we loved it. The newer model takes some getting used to but it cleans just the same. My only complaint is the door. It takes a little more effort to close it than previous versions and it feels awkward. I’m afraid that I am going to break it. Otherwise we love this washer.

The dishwasher is tremendously easy to operate everything is right in your face easy to put the clothes inside easy to look at all that buttons. When it's running it doesn't make Halloween or noise which is very nice I love this machine and I really recommend it to everyone it's quick and fast and very effective

Quiet, efficient, and very easy to use. Definitely a fair value. We have the companion dryer as well and are very happy with both products. We don't have them stacked so I can't speak to that, nor do we have them connected to the internet, but they get the job done and they look good, too!

While it's too early to rave about this new washer - I've used it only a month - everything so far works as expected. The new features (turbo, built-in intelligence, ...) are transparent to us. The basic operations are pretty similar to the one we had. Thus, we don't need to learn much to operate the machine. We had the old LG for almost 15 years. And there wasn't anything to complain about. Then last Dec, the machine died, and after 15 years, we can't complain about that either. We were looking at other brands too but then 'why go for the unknown'! As far as quality goes, we can only go by the experience with the old machine, and from what we read about LG there isn't any red-flag!

We Love the LG Front Load Washer. This is our second one, they work Great and the new one has a few more cycle choices. Love the Speed Wash, it's a quick cycle! Would definitely recommend if looking for a new washer.

After using it for a few weeks, I can confidently say that this washer has exceeded my expectations in many ways. Cons: Even though not that highly priced compared to similar models and consdering the washer is packed with features, it is on the pricier side. However, I believe the investment is worth it for the performance and convenience it offers. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. The LG WM4000HBA is a reliable and efficient washing machine that makes laundry day much easier. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality washer with advanced features.

Purchased from outlet center, a couple barely noticeable scratches on front. Not a problem since it ended up costing almost half of full price unit. Does a great job on cleaning, can be slow depending on modes selected. Quiet compared to older unit it replaced.

Have to leave door open and drain excess water after washing to prevent mold. Cleaning is excellent uses very little water . Just can't seem to pump all the water out Of the washer.
