I purchased the LG WM4000HBA electric washing machine from Best Buy on September 8th, and it was delivered promptly on September 11th. After using it for a few weeks, I can confidently say that this washer has exceeded my expectations in many ways. Pros: Efficiency: The washer is incredibly efficient, handling large loads with ease and significantly reducing the time I spend on laundry. Smart Features: The built-in intelligence and smart features are a game-changer. The washer automatically adjusts the settings based on the load, which ensures optimal cleaning and energy efficiency. Quiet Operation: Despite its powerful performance, the washer operates quietly, which is a huge plus for me. Design: The sleek black steel finish and modern design make it a stylish addition to my laundry room. Cons: Even though not that highly priced compared to similar models and consdering the washer is packed with features, it is on the pricier side. However, I believe the investment is worth it for the performance and convenience it offers. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. The LG WM4000HBA is a reliable and efficient washing machine that makes laundry day much easier. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality washer with advanced features.

It is the best washer I ever owned . It takes more clothes and washes it very well. Plus is very quite. The capacity is very good.

Excellent washer. Quiet and efficient, this is a much better washer than our previous Frigidaire front-loader. I like that it notifies me when a load is complete and that it notifies me when it is time to run a tub clean. We waited until the unit was on sale, so the price was right.

This modern sleek machine is great! It’s really quiet and efficient. The settings are easy to navigate and adding detergent and all other liquids is easy. The flat modern sleek doors are so great for small spaces. I love that they are white. They look very clean.

I bought this washing machine based on Consumer Reports and other reviews. Apparently its one of the best models out there. So far I like it and it works well. The app works really well and provides a lot of information and helps monitor for problems or maintenence. The only issue that I've noticed is that you have to be careful washing bedding and towels. If you wash too much and overload the machine it won't finish the spin cycle. My previous front loader didnt have that issue. Overall thats a minor thing, and easy to avoid.

very quiet, great technology to let me know what's going on, loved my old LG but it was 10 years old. A few new cycles from my old one.

The 5 stars is for Best Buy. We bought this dryer a year ago, it died. After a terrible experience with LG customer service we gave up. Best Buy picked up with the most awesome best buy warranty and replaced the dryer. Think long and hard before entering into a relationship with LG. It was frustrating and disapointing, terrible customer servive, the worst I have ever experienced.

We had a previous version of this washer for over 10 years and we loved it. The newer model takes some getting used to but it cleans just the same. My only complaint is the door. It takes a little more effort to close it than previous versions and it feels awkward. I’m afraid that I am going to break it. Otherwise we love this washer.

The dishwasher is tremendously easy to operate everything is right in your face easy to put the clothes inside easy to look at all that buttons. When it's running it doesn't make Halloween or noise which is very nice I love this machine and I really recommend it to everyone it's quick and fast and very effective

Quiet, efficient, and very easy to use. Definitely a fair value. We have the companion dryer as well and are very happy with both products. We don't have them stacked so I can't speak to that, nor do we have them connected to the internet, but they get the job done and they look good, too!

This washer does an excellent job cleaning clothes. It's also a great value being a slightly older model. I actually prefer the controls of this model compared to the newer ones that have the screen in the dial.

Very happy with this washer. It barely - but does, handles our king sized bedding/blankets/etc. Get things clean, quick and quiet. Usually don't have issues with balance as long as you think ahead by setting the appropriate spin speed; large bulky things which absorb lots of water? low/medium. The wash cycles are good options. Hoping it lasts a long time. We probably do about 3 loads of laundry in a house of two adults, two teens, a couple dogs and some cats - so the laundry never stops.

It's doing it's job! I bought is because I have REALLY hard water and my last washer only lasted 4 years. The app will not sync (don't really need an app, anyway...). I like the different settings, too. It is very LOUD, a lot louder than my samsung.
