Love love love my LG washer it is just the perfect size. Very easy to operate. Quite not too big not too small. Will be getting a LG dryer in the near future to match love this washer. I highly recommend.

We replaced our 14-year old Bosch washing machine that was supposed to be, according to the Bosch area rep, "the Mercedes of the washing machine and we could pass it down to our children." After a few years, Bosch discontinued manufacturing washers and dryers because LG and Samsung put them out of business. We bought a new LG washer and dryer set and LOVE them! And 14 years later, we paid about $1,000 less than what we paid for the Bosch washer and dryer set. We recommend them highly!

Love the capacity in this washing machine. Have had for a few months and clothes get cleaned and low noise while running. After every wash I keep the door open so we never experience any musty smells.

I bought this washing machine based on Consumer Reports and other reviews. Apparently its one of the best models out there. So far I like it and it works well. The app works really well and provides a lot of information and helps monitor for problems or maintenence. The only issue that I've noticed is that you have to be careful washing bedding and towels. If you wash too much and overload the machine it won't finish the spin cycle. My previous front loader didnt have that issue. Overall thats a minor thing, and easy to avoid.

Great deal, went to Lowe’s as my buddy suggested to get an open box one. Found one there for a good price but they wanted me to pay to delivery, set up, and pick up! Went by Best Buy just to look and the price matched it for me with free delivery!!

Fantastic washer and dry combo. Several wash cycles to choose from for all your needs and the dryer has a steam dry function great for refreshing a shirt with wrinkles for those like me who forget to put stuff away!

I have had both the washer and matching dryer for two months now and I love it. My favorite features so far are the light that turns on in the dryer once the door is opened ( which works well for me as the washer and dryer are housed in my garage), minimal noise when the machines are running, and the exterior design. I also would like to give MUCH thanks to the men who delivered the set. They were very professional and got the job done quickly.

Been using this for 1 year. Very satisfied over our old Samsung. Easy to use. Get the pedestals. Fairly quiet. Haven’t experienced any mechanical problems to date. Recommended for sure.

It washes my clothes well. I get the uneven load error a lot but that’s a me issue. But it’s been washing my clothes for 1 year now.

These have been great. They are easy to use and plenty big for a family of 4. My only conplaint is that I can feel the washer vibraton in the bedroom next to it when it is spinning at high speed.

Love it so far. I’ve only used steam cycle because hate to use stain remover. And for the most, does a decent job. Much better than old washer.

Love this Smart Gas Dryer, efficient, cost efficient, the Product works great, however, the process of getting it installed by Best Buy was laborious at best. Form time of purchase to install , it took nearly 3 weeks! Upon each arrival of 3 separate sets of delivery persons, the wrong exhaust was brought each time, thus delaying the use of the machines by near to 3 weeks! It also cost me personal money to the tune of a loss of a full days work! Over $400 dollars. I love the machine, but the install efficiency of Best Buy was less than Satisfactory !

Quiet! Very easy to use! Many options that I haven’t utilized yet but love I can use my smartphone to help navigate!

Extremely quiet and does a great job cleaning using minimal water. Very efficient washer with multiple cycles and steam.

I needed to replace my old LG washer because it started leaking. So instead of paying for an out of warranty repair it worked out shopping the "Open Box" deals and saved almost $500 on this Brand new unit with a dent on the side. Got the machine home and installed in no time! Ran a test load and could hear the drum hitting the side with the dent throughout the house. 2 screws to take the top of, a large screwdriver and mallet to push out the dent - I now have a quiet new non-leaking washing machine with more features than my old washer for less than I paid for the old one. Oh, and the clothes were nice & clean too!

This wasthe eady way to cheking out new washin machine. Found my wadher on line at best buy. Went to BB store ordered paid for and 2 day delived to my home. Teck setup washer,answered any question i asked. I am a satisfied customer. Thanks Best Buy.
