This LG ThinQ front load washer is great. It has a very large capacity and spins things very dry!

The sales associate at Best Buy was professional, she described the features of the washer in detail. The delivery went smoothly and the gentlemen were professional as well. The washer is efficient, quiet, flexible and intelligent in its use of resources. We are very pleased.

We bought this dryer to replace an old Whirlpool dryer that had failed. We are very happy with this dryer. Not only does it dry clothes in a shorter amount of time but the clothes are less wrinkled than those from our old dryer. The dryer is also extremely quiet. We are very happy with this purchase.

Awesome washer and LG is always been a good brand for me

This washer is rated one of the best in Consumer Reports. Buy the totaltech if you purchase anything of value. The great part of it is that Best Buy will install and/or mount whatever. That is worth $200 right there.

Got this washer to replace a smaller set that I had pre getting married and having 3 kids. It’s pretty spacious and quick. If you are installing yourself, it’s heavy so getting it up stairs will be a two man job minimum. I also didn’t read the instructions and forgot to remove the shipping bolts. This caused my house to shake and the washer to be all a foot and a half. My kid thought Santa had arrived on our roof! After reading up, and removing the bolts, it’s very quiet. So many options that I don’t know when I’ll get to use them all. Seems to clean a ton of stuff including a king comforter with no problem.

Absolutely loving my washer. I can fit bigger loads. The timer is very accurate. I use less detergent and my clothes come out smelling fresh. I'm still trying to figure out all its features. But wifi set-up was easy for me. And I love since both the dryer and washer are wifi connected, the dryer will automatically set to the washer's mode when the washer is done. Fyi ,you need the lg app for its wifi feature.

Large capacity that cleans clothes rather quickly. It does makes some soft noises during operation, but certainly not an issue.

I recently bought a set of LG washer & dryer and so far happy with both! I have used them about 4 times by now and happy with the result. Hint: always leave the door of the washer open for air to flow in and that’s one thing to always remember.

I originally order washer dryer…it was delivered on time however dryer was the wrong item (my mistake). The best buy team from my orders, reorder, installations, delivery and rescheduling made it so easy. I purchased LG after having Samsung I loved Samsung but after buying this LG I think the LG does a much better wash.

Great washer no problems after a month over 30 loads. I had the Maytag under warranty and it kept getting clogged. On top of that the Maytag replacements I tried had issues coming new from the factory. This washer is so much better and I recommend it.

I purchased an LG Washing Machine Model# WM4000HWA on 11/29/24. On 1/7/25, the inner glass door on the unit spontaneously and completely shattered. The unit was not in use at the time when I heard a loud crashing sound and went to the unit and found broken glass on the floor and inside the machine. I immediately contacted LG Customer Service, and they refused to cover the damage under the manufacturer’s warranty and claimed it was our fault. LG claimed the damage was caused by how we used the machine, but for the 41 days we had the machine, it was probably used a dozen times with very typical clothing loads.

Really enjoying, lots of features, so many that I haven’t even used them all yet. It is quick, efficient and works well. Would buy again.

The washer is quiet and very efficient. It's the perfect size for household and does a great job of cleaning all our clothes. I highly recomment this washer to everyone currently looking for a washer.

Love the size and the large variety of settings. Not sure remote start is beneficial because you still have to do all the steps prior to setting remote start. If you’re buying, I definitely recommend getting the pedestals! Delivery and setup experience was great!

Happy with way machine cleans with less water. This is replacing a Samsung front loader: quieter, appears to be using less water, and was able to wash a big bedspread without twisting it up. clothes are coming out clean with less wrinkles.

I like the LG brand. I have found it to be very dependable. This washer is quiet and easy to use.
