Love this machine. It is quiet and efficient. Noise is important as laundry room is in middle of this ranch house. It allows for short loads. Clothes are clean without an hour long cycle. I wish I had this when my kids were all here.

Haven’t had this washer very long, but I am very pleased with it. Easy to use, though there was no direction manual included. You have to go online! Not a good idea for the Boomers! And luckily I got one of my pedestals free or I wouldn’t have purchased them. That’s ridiculous that the pedestals are that expensive.

Super quiet, easy to use, efficient. We run our washer practically everyday and I love that this machine has so many options, specially that it lets me do "spin only" when I need.

Amazing! I have used lg washer and dryer 4 the past twenty two years… but.. this twenty five Model, steam cleaner and whites.wow.

Purchased as a replacement for a similar Model that was unrepairable after only 3 years. Hoping this model lasts longer. Slightly smaller capacity than our old LG washer. Features are better. Turbowash leads to shorter cycles, which is wonderful! So far so good!

The best buy team from my orders, reorder, installations, delivery and rescheduling made it so easy. I did a lot of research before purchasing. I went with this one due to price, brand, and customer reviews. I've bought LG for over 10yrs, the reliability and durability is unbeatable. Washer is quiet, quick and efficient. The spin cycle dang near dries the clothes. Has planty of space for bed comforters and so forth. Installation and connecting is easy, though washer is heavy.

The woman at Best Buy was very helpful and pleasant. The two men tge delivered and installed the machine were also very helpful and friendly

It’s been 2 weeks but I love it. I was scared of other reviews but let’s hope it holds up!

This washer replaced my 17 y/o (and still working) washer. It is extremely quiet, even during the spin. The only downside is that the picture shows the inside of the drum whereas it actually is smoked colored instead of clear so I cannot actually see inside the drum! 1/2 the fun of a front loader is watching the workings inside.

I purchased an LG Washing Machine Model# WM4000HWA on 11/29/24. On 1/7/25, the inner glass door on the unit spontaneously and completely shattered. The unit was not in use at the time when I heard a loud crashing sound and went to the unit and found broken glass on the floor and inside the machine. I immediately contacted LG Customer Service, and they refused to cover the damage under the manufacturer’s warranty and claimed it was our fault. LG claimed the damage was caused by how we used the machine, but for the 41 days we had the machine, it was probably used a dozen times with very typical clothing loads.

I only had this washer for a few weeks, but it works great. The washer is very quiet. The gasket around the door opening has weep holes to drain water from inside the gasket. You still need to leave the washer door open for proper drying of gasket and to prevent mold.

I got the corresponding dryer to this washer and couldn’t be happier with the combo. After using hand me downs for years it’s nice to be using a brand new washer/dryer combo. It’s very sleek and I’ve been impressed with all of the settings on it. I don’t see any signs of molding or any other issues that usually occur with a front loading washer. Great purchase.

I have been using this since June 24th. So far, this purchase was a simple setup, has easy functionality & washes and rings clothes out to near dry in one run (unlike my previous washer- not LG)
