This was a replacement LG washer. First, Stephanie, the sales manager, contacted the GEEK squad and LG to check to see if it was cost efficient to repair our first washer which I had had for over 8 years. When it was decided it was better to replace, she helped find one that was very similar in features and arranged delivery within 2 days. This washer is quick and efficient. It cleans well.

I am a geek and having a washer that has AI capabilities, app connection etc... it is really nice. This machine can calculate how long it is going to take to finish washing based on the load, which is nice!

This washing machine is very quiet. Easy to connect to wi-fi and you can know when the washing cycle has finished. The apt gives all necessary notifications.

So far just under 100 cycles. Great smart features and the washer will tell you when to do self cleaning cycles.

Our new Front Load LG replaces 18 year old Kenmore Elite. It is very easy (intuitive) to use, Cleans Clothes very well, and is relatively Quiet in all modes. We like the new Cleaning Cycle. Excellent Idea. And most of All, we really liked the nice man at the Best Buy Store who helped us AFTER we decided to purchase to get even more discounts on price. Hats off to LG and Best Buy!

Had this for close to a year now and so far it's turned out pretty good. Turbowash is really awesome as it cuts down wash times heavily for normal loads, usually around 30-40 mins. Though the jets pumping water during those cycles is some what loud, the rest of time it's pretty quiet. So far so good.

Super quiet, easy to use, efficient. We run our washer practically everyday and I love that this machine has so many options, specially that it lets me do "spin only" when I need.

LG products are awesome. Washer saves water, and cleans clothes very well.

Strong odor when first delivered which is slowly going away. Capacity is lower than expected. Recommend getting the riser since it is a lot of work getting clothes out otherwise. Also the filter door on the front is blocked if you have a tray under the washer.

Purchased as a replacement for a similar Model that was unrepairable after only 3 years. Hoping this model lasts longer. Slightly smaller capacity than our old LG washer. Features are better. Turbowash leads to shorter cycles, which is wonderful! So far so good!

I am delighted with that washing machine it has been the best purchase I have made in my vida.si someone wants to buy the best washing machine I buy this one that you will not regret, it fascinates me, it washes excellently well, it does not leave a stain, it has too many functions and does not make any noise that no one realizes you are washing. I RECOMMEND IT 100%.

I love my new front load LG washer! I have confidence that all items in the load are being equally washed and tumbled within, unlike my previous top load washer in which items barely moved about. One of the features that sold me on this unit was having a “fast” wash setting for those occasional times when I need to freshen up clothes that weren’t worn very long. I also wanted a washer that had a countdown timer, which this has. Also, I love its size for washing larger items! So far, so good!

Does a great job washing and cycles are fast. Had it for 1.5 years with no issues, so bought a second set for another house. I like that it uses a dial instead of all touch. You also do NOT have to connect WiFi to it.

Haven’t had this washer very long, but I am very pleased with it. Easy to use, though there was no direction manual included. You have to go online! Not a good idea for the Boomers! And luckily I got one of my pedestals free or I wouldn’t have purchased them. That’s ridiculous that the pedestals are that expensive.

Great product looks nice and washes good. The only down side I have noticed is the fabric softener doesn’t fully get rinsed out when washing I have had to clean it out myself other then that good.

Love this machine. It is quiet and efficient. Noise is important as laundry room is in middle of this ranch house. It allows for short loads. Clothes are clean without an hour long cycle. I wish I had this when my kids were all here.
