I did a lot of research before purchasing. I went with this one due to price, brand, and customer reviews. I've bought LG for over 10yrs, the reliability and durability is unbeatable. Washer is quiet, quick and efficient. The spin cycle dang near dries the clothes. Has planty of space for bed comforters and so forth. Installation and connecting is easy, though washer is heavy.

They should include a map of the digital display in the user's manual. Our washer arrived with at least two pin holes in the drain hose. Not fun. We ended up using E6 glue to close up the holes. Calling customer service was a waste of time.

So quiet and has a large load capacity which all my Airbnb guests are loving! My old LG quit (after 18 years!) so I found this on "open box" and got a great deal at Best Buy on it. So happy with it now!

Excellent machine. Replaced like machine that was about 10 years old and still functioning perfectly. Purchased due to water leakage suspected in older washer that turned out to be incorrect and the washer still operated perfectly. Leak was a stopped up drain line in the wall. These are excellent products delivering custom operating selections.

This washer replaced my 17 y/o (and still working) washer. It is extremely quiet, even during the spin. The only downside is that the picture shows the inside of the drum whereas it actually is smoked colored instead of clear so I cannot actually see inside the drum! 1/2 the fun of a front loader is watching the workings inside.

I love my new front load LG washer! I have confidence that all items in the load are being equally washed and tumbled within, unlike my previous top load washer in which items barely moved about. One of the features that sold me on this unit was having a “fast” wash setting for those occasional times when I need to freshen up clothes that weren’t worn very long. I also wanted a washer that had a countdown timer, which this has. Also, I love its size for washing larger items! So far, so good!

I got the corresponding dryer to this washer and couldn’t be happier with the combo. After using hand me downs for years it’s nice to be using a brand new washer/dryer combo. It’s very sleek and I’ve been impressed with all of the settings on it. I don’t see any signs of molding or any other issues that usually occur with a front loading washer. Great purchase.

I love how quiet the cycles run! My previous washer was so loud that is would cause the room to shake so this was a top priority for me. So far, I love everything about this washer!

We always buy our washer and dryer’s from Best Buy because of the price and quality.

Love this washer. Capacity is amazing, it's virtually impossible to overload. Clothes always come out clean which is no small feat with toddlers clothes. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new machine

I recently bought a set of LG washer & dryer and so far happy with both! I have used them about 4 times by now and happy with the result. Hint: always leave the door of the washer open for air to flow in and that’s one thing to always remember.

A good washing machine works perfectly. It has been with me for four months and works terribly and the store staff. good work

Love the size and the large variety of settings. Not sure remote start is beneficial because you still have to do all the steps prior to setting remote start. If you’re buying, I definitely recommend getting the pedestals! Delivery and setup experience was great!

I love this front loading washer. My clothes come out clean and almost dry! They spend less time in the dryer so it has helped my electric bill as well.
