    Happy with this purchase. Family likes the machine. The app with its tracking to clean the tub helps us feel better knowing we are taking care of the machine properly - it’s just one button!     I’ve purchased Kenmore appliances for years until they were discontinued. I needed a washer, started my research and chose LG. I am impressed with all of the available washing cycles. The quietness of the washer when it’s running is another fabulous feature. Mostly, I enjoy the washer singing to me at the end of the cycle indicating it’s done!     I love my washer, once I had installers come to complete my installation they were able to relieve me from my worries of needing to return my item as it was loud and had an overly aggressive spin cycle. There were holders installed, once removed, gave for a smoother spin cycle

    Consumer Reports rated this model number 1 across the board. I waited a year to be able to get this washer/dryer combo because of the pandemic. Best Buy had the best price and the experience was painless. The washer is well-made with tempered glass doors and lots of preprogrammed options. They even have a Tub clean cycle. A stainless steel drum. SPEND THE EXTRA FOR THE PEDESTALS!

    Great washer/dryer pair. So quiet, holds big loads, and so many cycle options to choose from- love it! It even notifies my phone when the cycle is done. The pedestals are also a necessity for me - they are great storage and make it easier to load and unload laundry. Best Buy delivery and set up was the best ever- Highly recommend!
