    We are very pleased with this washer. The installation went very well and the washer works as advertised. We have not had a chance to use the steam functionality yet but really like the LQ ThinQ app to give us the status of the washer. We like the detergent dispenser and also like that the washer has a drain clean out.

    Installation from Best Buy team was quick and efficient. The Washer operates powerfully and has so many useful options. Its also very quiet and somewhat intuitive in its control panel choices. 100% happy with the price to performance ratio.

    This replaced a Samsung front load washer that lasted 11 years. So far this LG seems to be better than the old washer. It is quiet and does a great job washing clothes. Initial impressions indicate this machine will last a long time.

    I’m loving my new LG washer and dryer so much! It has the most perfect “ADHD Motivator Feature” that I enjoy immensely: the washer plays a little song when it’s done. It’s a little serotonin boost that makes me feel like it’s FUN to wash my husband and son’s dirty underwear and socks. Also I love all the other features and love the app where I can control them remotely and do diagnostic checks. So cool!

    I had my original LG washer and dryer for 14 years until recently the washer gave up the ghost. No hesitation in getting another LG series. I only gave 4 stars because LG's paint job lacks quality control. The paint was bubbling in the rear and not properly applied. Best Buy compensated me a couple hundred for the issue.

    I cannot believe how excited I was to do the first and subsequent loads of laundry. This replaced an ancient washer and dryer set that was wicked loud and shook the whole house. The only downside that I’ve found so far is this won’t fold my laundry also.

    Very quiet washer and we love the design as well. It also connect to your wifi and thinq app which will tell you when the cycle is complete. And it's also supposed to tell you any issues with the washer. Glad we went with the pedestal as it makes it easy to load/unload.
