This is the 2nd LG washer I’ve bought. And I did it for my second house because I notice how much cleaner clothes come out than when I was using the top load the house came with.

We've had the unit close to a month now and its worked really well for us. We had a frontloader previously and this one runs much faster for the same cleaning.

Is my second one is very good machine. No problem at all. I wash a lot of clothes all the time LG is the best washer machine by far

I am very pleased with my new LG washer. I've been programming it via the cell phone app, in addition to downloading other programs for even smarter use. Possible to control with LG app and Alexa! Very cool!!!!

I purchased the pair washer dryer combo.. I did research before making a purchase on multiple brands and capacities.. spoke with repair facility and they all said LG hands down best machines to own

The product works great. Steam function is unmatched - and I’ve used multiple “steam” washers/dryers. Installers that Best Buy contracted were professional, fast, and precise.

The washer is good, it works good, the normal cycles is 30 minutes, I like it because there is other washers in the market with cycles that last more than 1 hour and it's too long! One thing I don't like is that in every load you have to fill out the soap dispenser, but overall is a good washer and not expensive like other ones.

Love my Lg washer and drier big upgrade from my previous machine’s. All the latest features steam cleaning wifi alerts and phone app.

The sensor to tell you about exhaust airflow is extremely sensitive. I have a long run with 4 turns before it exists the house and I keep getting the error code that says it’s too long and has too many turns.

I am loving my new appliances. It was delivered and set up in a timely manner. The appliance cuts the time I was doing laundry down considerably and as a stackable unit it is so easy for me to reach items .

This machine is a replacement of a 11 years old sister machine. I believe is a great product.

Love this washer. Get notifications from the app when cycle is finished so I never forget my laundry anymore.

I saw the review and I decided to go for it, It’s being an excellent and great buy so far, enjoying every bit of usage and no issues so far for well over one year!

Product is fine. BB treated us horribly. On two occasions post purchase, the washer went on sale at a lower price on BB website and we had screenshots. We called to get price adjustment, and after much delay, were told the price had changed upward again. Change your policy if you do not plan to honor it.

If you want to restart you loads 4-5 times a cycle due to a vibration sensor defect, then this is the washer for you!! If not, buy something else. This has been nothing but trouble over the past few weeks and we haven’t even owned this washer for 6 months prior to this issue. we haven’t even owned had nothing but issues with any and every LG appliance we have ever owned.
