    This washer WM5500HVA works very well comparing to previous wash machine. But not satisfy the service, as I am waiting for more than month to replace the broken dryer DLEX5500V.

    I love it, it has this Ai feature that takes the files work out of find laundry. It senses the garments and chooses the best method of washing. So far it did a great job at it.

    We were disappointed in the installation of the dryer and washer. We were unable to communicate with the installers since they did not speak English and we didn't speak Spanish. They neglected to turn on the gas on the dryer and didn't secure the washer drainage hose. We had to have a service visit to correct both problems causing us to be without a washer and dryer for another week.
