I purchased this LG washer for my new home and it literally does it all! I cannot say enough good things about this washer and it is extremely easy to use, LG has done a great job with this product.

This washer does as advertised. It looks great, it's very quiet, and most importantly it cleans my clothes. The only reason it gets a 4 out of 5 is because it was a little difficult to get the wifi enabling and app going. That was a little annoying, other then that it's a beauty.

We contrasted several washer dryers and we ultimately bought and STACKED these. Great on washing; quiet too. I love the sounds to alert you as they are soothing. We truly would RECOMMEND.

Love this washer! Even I as the infrequent user in the household has no trouble using all the features and controls! A bit more expensive than comparable models but I think it was worth it!

Replaced old Maytag set with this LG and very happy to this point. Easy installation and no issues to speak of right now. Only had working a couple of weeks so can't give 5 stars yet. Haven't used the "smart home" functions but only because I've not had time to research how.

I love my new washer ! I bought this washer WITH the sidekick - I LOVE the height as I no longer have to bend to do laundry...a real back saver. Runs very quiet and clothes come out smelling so fresh !!

Easy to use, so many settings. A little bulky from front to back so be liberal with your measurements (add an inch or two for the hoses in the back)

This is an excellent washer, at the top of most lists such as Consumer Reports. We got the floor model, which was in almost pristine condition, and saved some money. Beware buying floor models, though, as the Best Buy people who load them onto the truck do not pack them well at all. The item arrived at our house with several dents and scratches that weren't there when we bought it. All the customer service person would do for me is knock off another $100, which was disappointing. Functionally, I love the washer and especially enjoy the little tune it plays when a load is done. The interface with the app is useful too.

Amazing washer. It is quite large and holds a lot of clothes. I followed wirecutter.com's advice and bought this and it has been amazing.

I have used this washer for a couple years. Clothes cleaner than Samsung that mother board blew up in. I highly recommend this washer. Also able to stack!

The machine is excellent, does have a 5-10 second "sensing" delay before the cycle starts. Clothes seem really clean. Nice "magnetic" position to hold door slightly open to allow drum to air dry between loads, should help keep machine fresher smelling. Only major complaint - hard to get pedestal for this unit - was on back order and waited a month due to be delivered tomorrow. Unit is very low without pedestal when retrieving wet items from back of unit.

Does a good job at cleaning clothes. Only concern is the instruction manual is generic so does not tell you how to use all the settings. i have only used the basic ones.

Excellent washing machine, it gets the job done and quietly. Can handle a big load and seems to use minimal water. Highly recommended. Reliable LG.

Finally a washing machine that doesn’t vibrate and bang around the laundry room! Holds a tremendous amount of towels or mixed clothing. Plus this machine doesn’t go out of balance when one does small loads. That itself is amazing! To top it off, wash cycles take a much shorter time than my last washer. This saves me both time and money! Like it’s partner the dryer, the door handle could be placed in a better position for ease-of-use. Closer top of the door. Other than that, very happy so far!

No [problems so far...cleans the clothes as advertised....no surprises or faults....performs better then the last Kenmore I owned.

Returned prior to delivery as we didn’t need the washer after all, LG washer was revived but will purchase LG when the time comes! The quality is excellent!

I debated this one or the model below...I’m glad I went with this one. I had an LG that was 14 years old this year and it finally died. I debated a great deal but ultimately decided to go with this because the consumer report ratings were more consistent. The BB ratings were about the same on these models but I’m so glad I chose this one. It’s a solid choice and I’m very happy. I wasn’t sure I would use the WiFi feature but WOW is it nice to get that head up that it’s done. My biggest love...it’s SUPER FAST!
