    I'm so thankful that best buy took the additional steps to continue to serve customers in a safe manner. My washing machine quit in the middle of the quarantine, best buy not only had the replacement they made me an incredible deal on the floor model! Thank you so much!

    This machine offers so many options for a family’s laundry needs. The clothes come out really clean, and the super fast spin cycle really speeds up drying time. The only negative is that the instruction booklet that comes with the machine is not very thorough. We had to access a manual online to download for better instructions.

    I recently moved and had to buy new appliances. Wow this thing is fast. The first load of laundry I did I thought something was wrong because it washed so quickly. Very impressed with LG and the app is pretty good, too. Wish it was natively integrated with Alexa, however.
