The clothes come out dryer from the washer and less wrinkled. They even seem cleaner. So far so good. This goes for the dryer too. They look great too. They replaced a 13 year old pair of LG's that I gave to a friend.

Functions inconsistently.

I wanted to like it but first the WiFi connection didn’t work 80% of the time. I was unable to turn it on remotely ever. It did send alerts inconsistently when the load was done. There is a thread online complaining about this so it’s very common. Also, I got an error code within the first 10 days FE meaning valves needed to be serviced. Water was left in the washing machine twice after that although no error code. Sometimes it seemed to work fine though.

Many cycle options!

I was quite surprised how dry the spin cycle made the laundered clothes, making the drying time less. There are a lot of features to the machine I have yet to explore. Wifi?!

I believe this machine only carries 1 year warranty, so i hope it lasts as i don't want to replace it on a regular basis.

Front loading is everything!

I bit the bullet and purchased this nicer machine. Wow, is it an upgrade. Great pre-set options, everything comes out clean and well drained of water, it uses very little water, and it looks sleek. .I have no complaints at all.
