I have been using this washer for less than a month. At this point there is already one defect the manufacturer knew about but that I had to report to get a replacement. There are countless special settings that should make laundering easy but if I use the "towels" setting my towels don't come out soft. I am impressed by how quiet the operation is, how little water is used, the relatively short duration of cycles, and a few other qualities but at this point I am not certain this is doing as good a job for me as my ancient and very simple Kenmore washer did before.

The best washer I have ever used. Does a fantastic job of washing clothes with less water and detergent. I quiet and very easy to use.

I got this washer as an open box and I didn’t hesitate in buying it. I truly love it. I got an awesome deal and seriously love doing laundry. It cleans my clothes wonderfully, it’s really quiet and is so cost efficient. I really love it.

i have had this washer for a week now and it has already run several loads silently and efficiently. I like that it is wi-fi enabled so that I can start a load remotely. Nice color and large capacity are also great features.

LG 3900 is quiet, efficient, and easy. Installation was simple and quick. Best Buy sales people went out of their way to make sure I had the right machine after a few hiccups with the 3700 (too noisy). Thanks, Best Buy.

This washer has been amazing and it has done a great job replacing the horrible memories I had from the stackable washer and dryer from my old apartment. My only knock on the product was that each load of laundry defaults to hot water and high spin, whereas I wish it would default to cold and medium/low depending on my preference. This version also seems to have fixed the display issue that prior models had, I don’t have any issues viewing the display in light/dark.

Very efficient. Quiet. Connects to WiFi. So cool to get notifications on my Apple Watch. Downloadable cycles too.

I got this from my girlfriend's dad and hes replacing an old one he enjoys the Isabelita's of use and the size they come from a big family so they do a lot of laundry so so far no complaints

I had a few shirts that would not get clean in my old washing machine and with this LG they are now wearable! Quiet and efficient too.

Have owned for approximately 3 weeks. Very quiet. Cleans clothing and towels well. Love the turbo wash feature. Seems well built.

I have no complaints besides wishing it washed faster. At least you know your clothes are clean. It’s even more beautiful in person. This picture online doesn’t really show how nice it is.

We had our washing machine delivered and set up and immediately we started a load of laundry. The display on the machine is easy to see contrary to what other reviews say. The number one reason we bought a new machine is because our old one was beyond noisy all the time. When this washer was on its highest speed, my wife and I jokingly asked if it was even on. This is great because our laundry room is right next to our baby’s room so having a noisy cycle is out of the question. This machine is truly great and would by again one hundred times over.

We love this thing. Nice and quiet and full-featured. We had a 10+ yr old washer that this replaced and we're glad we did. The features are pretty self-explanatory and while we haven't used all of them (like the steam feature), all of what we have used has worked well. If you connect to your Wifi and use the LG Thinq stuff - it works well too. You get a notification on your phone when the cycle is done - which has actually been quite helpful to avoid leaving laundry in there overnight accidentally. If you have an LG TV too - something pops up on the screen there too which is kinda... odd, but somewhat useful I guess.

This washer holds a fairly large load and does a great job of cleaning. I love how quiet it is and that the alarms on it are so melodic as they let us know that a cycle is complete.

This washing machine has a wide variety of cycles, is quiet and plays the most pleasant little tune at the end of a cycle. I've very pleased with the outcome of my clean clothes.

This is a very quiet machine. We have been impressed by it’s ability to get clothes clean and rinsed each time. The spin cycle seems to get most of the water out, shortening the time in the dryer.

This machine is quiet and provides many washing options. It is efficient and also easy to use. I recommend buying the pedestal with it for the extra storage and added height.

I don’t regret any of the money I spent on this machine. It’s super quiet, takes very little time for an amazing clean, and easy to use. I love and highly recommend this purchase.

Clothes come out looking like new and smelling even better. Wifi will alert you when the washer is finished and when to run the self clean cycle if you download the app.

I have done a number of loads and I am very pleased with how clean everything has turned out. I washer a queen size comforter In it last time and it came out great!
