My old washer finally became irreparable after 2 repairs were already made and was destroying its self and putting plastic in my clean clothes after only 8 years. So glad this one has a 10 year warrantyon the motor and bearings. This new washer is awesome I love the steam function to be able to ensure clothes are sanitized especially during COVID where sanitization is essential. I haven't tried the wifi options yet but that seems like a really cool program too. No complaints from me its very efficient and runs like a top. Leveling was a bit challenging but it also could jusy be my house.

I love my new washer and dryer set. The dryer is so easy to use, it's very quite. When the cycle is finished you a notify with a musical sound.

This washer is great! Intuitive to use, clothes come out super clean , cycles are fast and effective, it looks great. The perfect washer.

Installed in the basement, so wasn't necessarily looking for a "quiet" machine - but this one really is! Love the wifi connection, hooked up to our Google home, can check the status of the load from anywhere. Don't really ever see myself programming a wash cycle to start later, however. Cycles are quicker than our previous Samsung frontload and the clothes come out very wrung out, making our drier more efficient. Very pleased with our purchase and agree with the ratings from Consumer Reports with this as their top washing machine.

I purchased this LG WM3900 and dryer. I am very frustrated by my initial use of what I thought was going to be a great machine. I replaced an apartment grade stacked top-load washer/dryer that cleaned my clothes fine, everytime, without issue. This front load LG has to be 3 times more expensive, but if I smell my clothes after washing them, THEY ARE NOT CLEAN!!! ...I can still smell odor that hasn't washed out, and I can also smell laundry detergent that hasn't rinsed out. What the heck!!! I noticed when shining a flashlight to see inside the washer while it's running...there is almost no water in the basin, other than spraying out of the jets. How...I ask myself...are the clothes supposed to get clean without water?? Magic? ...Engineering that is beyond the comprehension of science? The answer is that.,..the washer is trying to wash and rinse your clothes with minimal water and it is failing to do so. I'm sorry, but maybe people who don't actually smell their clothes after the wash cycles will review this machine 4 or 5 starts because it looks fancy and has "Turbo 360", but the real life results speak to me clearly themselves. Less water means less washing, and less ability to rinse. This criticism is after using the machine on Heavy cycle, with an extra rinse cycle. ...90 minutes of work, and still failing to wash and rinse! Using the Normal cycle was abysmal. I COULDN'T BELIEVE how unclean my clothes smelled, and how easily noticeable the laundry detergent smell remaining is. I thought technology is supposed to move forward. This is going backwards. Why did I spend a bunch of money on something that cleans less effective? A simple solution would be to add more WATER to the wash and rinse cycles. How is this functionality not provided??? LG......!!! I am not happy with your machine! I'm a real person by the way. This is a real review, from someone who owns and has been using this LG WM3900.

Bought this washer on 7/24/2019. It is now May 2020. The washer is working top notch. No problems. Clothes wash clean! The washer has not had any problems. No repairs. It’s relatively quiet. All the cycles work as stated. I had a LG before this one and gave it to a friend. That LG lasted for Almost 10 years! It’s still washing well! LG has the best washers.

I can't emphasize this enough, this is an amazing washer. The door is able to change sides, so no matter your room configuration it will adapt. The number of washing profiles online is amazing. Making it just about as easy to use as you could ever want. And with it syncing to the matched dryer. The same profile will carry over for appropriate drying when you switch loads. This is a seriously heavy unit and I would strongly recommend installation help. This is NOT a one-person job. But wow when it is installed it is absolutely amazing!

Machine washes thoroughly on each setting. Steam feature works well. Very quiet and with almost zero vibration even with a full load.

Great LG washer! Purchased my third one for a third location. Need to have the steam function! Very reliable, efficient, and quiet.

My Kenmore front loader died and I needed a new washing machine. After a lot of research I went with the LG - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Front-Loading Washer with Steam - White. What a machine - I have discover new features that I really like each week. The cleaning and freshness of my clothes as they come out of this machine is so much better than what I came to expect from my Kenmore. Thanks LG for a great product! Make sure you get the pedestal for this machine. You will be happy that you did.

Really like how this washer works, very quiet great capacity. Little noisy on the spin cycle but otherwise a great unit

This is a beauty. Works well and can handle a very large load. It’s quiet and stacks nicely on the sidekick. Wife loves it!
