Great washer, but can be loud

I wish there were a 4.5 stars option . . . we love this washer, it has lots of flexibility for different kinds of clothes and other types of loads, it's easy to use, and we have had no issues with it so far. My one complaint: It's loud. I feel like it's one of the louder washers I've had. Part of this may be that we're in a new house, and sound may travel differently here . . . but I do think it's just a loud washer.

We love the new machine. Many options and it is very clean. If we had one complaint, it is that the option switch lights are slightly confusing to see what mode you are in. They should have used dots versus lines that overlap. Other than that, this machine cleans and dries clothes very well. Our dryer runs less due to how dry the clothes come out of the washer.

This replaced our Samsung, and it is much better. With the LG, I can actually smell the laundry detergent on our clothes which I never could with our other one. Our clothes come out clean, and I've not had an issue with the washer getting stinky. I do, however, always keep the door and the detergent drawer open at all times when I'm not using it.

This replaced a Kenmore Elite front loading machine. I expected it would be quiet, but it exceeded expectations. Spin cycle has almost not vibration whatsoever. Clothes are nearly dry after high spin speed cycle. Impressive all-around. Wi-Fi connectivity is elusive, but that is not a feature I value. Hoping to enjoy years of reliable service.

I love this washer but buyer beware if you plan to use the child lock. The child lock does not lock the power button...which is right next to all the other buttons. What do kids do? Press every button until something happens. So, in the middle of a wash cycle, my kid shuts the power off, I have to restart it. I cannot go back to mid-cycle where it stopped. Washes great until you toddler turns it off!

Time will tell how it holds up. Purchased because it was Consumer Reports #1 pick. Taller and Deeper than the Kenmore we had. the Tub is a lot bigger than our old washer so it can handle comforters and two sets of sheets. The preset cycles are really nice, the override options can be hard to see. We have run about 20 loads in the last week and have been very pleased with how well it cleans.

I bought the LG Front-Loading washer and I just love it. It is real easy to pick the cycle, temperature and anything else you want. It handles a fairly large load of clothes. I highly recommend that you purchase the pedestal to put the washer on as it is fairly low to the floor and is hard to see how full you have loaded the washer.

This unit is great. The phone notifications are great for when the load is done. It can be a bit loud during the spin cycle if not balanced properly. I found that it does fall out of balance every month or so. The clothes come out great. Smaller loads are best. I do like all the different settings. The allergen setting is what really made this washer a buy for my family. Whites come out great as well. The one thing I don't like is the doors sound like plastic water bottles. Strange but true.

Up to three extra rinse option....

WM3900 performs great with the inclusion of an extra three rinse option on the regular wash and delicate wash. Regular wash with an extra three rinses only takes 44 minutes including 26 minute turbo wash and six minutes for each extra rinse. Cloths look fluffy with all of the Tide detergent removed. Jeans should be washed with the towel option including an extra two rinses. It's normal for an unbalanced load to cause around 5 seconds of door rattling until the drum builds up speed. There is no light but I don't need one. I use Watts water hammer arrestors with no trial run before installation.
